Prachtige openbare ruimte, zeer goed onderhouden.

Zeer vriendelijk en beleefd personeel.
Prachtig strand vergeleken met de stranden van andere hotels.
Kamer een beetje verouderd ondanks het feit dat we de Platinum Bruidssuite hadden genomen: toiletpot slecht beveiligd maar binnen 24 uur gecorrigeerd, sporen van roest op de tropische douche, kastdeuren van de minibar slecht beveiligd (niet in het midden).
Matrassen van ligstoelen in het Platinium-gedeelte zijn aan het verouderen (bevlekt en soms open naden).
iGraal cashback geweigerd door trip.com zonder reden... Jammer, dat is niet helemaal correct.

Отдыхали с семьей дочери, супер обслуживание на ресепшен-нам сразу предоставили номера рядом! Спасибо!!!
Номера. Здания 3-х этажные. С первого этажа у половины корпусов выход из номера на лужайку у бассейна(это номера с одной кроватью), номера с двумя кроватями(когда с детьми) выходят на противоположную сторону от бассейна, но всё равно бассейн очень рядом. Бассейны длинные,начинаются у ближних к ресепшен корпусов и заканчиваются у моря. Каждое утро очищают от листьев, если они упали в воду.
Анимация. И для детей и для взрослых! Были танцы на пляже, аква-аэробика и всего много! Команда-молодцы!
Море. Здесь самое лучшее расположение-в 100 метрах риф, который защищает от волн. В наш отдых шли дожди и у берега соседних отелей были волны, а у нас совсем небольшие!!! Но….в дни, когда ветер дул с моря, было много водорослей у берега в воде.
Питание. Очень вкусно! Рестораны Аля карт без записи, мы сходили один раз, так как еда в ресторане была настолько разнообразная, что не хотелось никуда идти!
Аквапарк. И для детей и для взрослых. В обед прямо на территории аквапарка барбекю и перекусы.

Deze plek is geweldig! Fantastisch resort! De kamer was erg schoon en vlakbij het strand. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in het Tropical Deluxe Princess resort. Er was veel vriendelijk personeel en ze waren erg goed georganiseerd. Het resort is groot met veel te ontdekken, maar toch makkelijk te navigeren dankzij de plattegrond die we bij het inchecken kregen. Het strand was schoon en prachtig! We zouden dit resort van harte aanbevelen.

房間很舒服，有管家；我説來過生日，還給我專門送了小蛋糕和酒，還會給我佈置一下房間，whatsapp每天早上給我發當天酒店的活動。
在全包酒店來説，這家酒店的餐食還可以了，但是上餐很慢。
總共有7個餐廳，衹吃了亞洲餐廳和意大利餐廳，都很好吃。buffet的餐廳也很不錯。衹有海邊的餐廳，有什麼漢堡炸魚薯條那家很難吃。其他幾家南美餐廳什麼的沒來得及去。
多米尼加的海灘老有人來推銷不太喜歡，所以都窩在自己房間的泳池那裡了。

Het hotel was fantastisch, het was schoon, ruim, modern en had een rustige zakelijke sfeer. Het ligt buiten de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van Madrid, wat fijn is voor zakenreizigers. Als je op reis bent om de bezienswaardigheden te bekijken, moet je een Uber/taxi nemen, wat ongeveer 15-20 minuten duurt, afhankelijk van het verkeer en de tijd van de dag. Het is niet slecht, maar niet ideaal als je vanuit je hotel naar buiten wilt lopen en in de actie wilt zijn. Afgezien van de locatie is het personeel bij de receptie supervriendelijk en behulpzaam, heeft het hotel een moderne sfeer en zijn er een aantal leuke restaurants in de buurt. Ik ben nu een grote fan van AC-hotels vanwege deze schoonheid waar we in Madrid verbleven! Hoewel het een beetje ver van de bezienswaardigheden ligt, zou ik toch terugkeren en weer op deze locatie verblijven en het aanbevelen aan toekomstige reizigers!

De locatie, de restaurants (behalve de wijn) en het personeel waren allemaal erg goed. De voorzieningen en inrichting van de kamer zijn gedateerd en zouden een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken.
Over het algemeen een zeer aangenaam verblijf.

很多朋友都説多米尼加踩雷，我們很幸運選擇了這家酒店，全程都非常順利。
設施很新，安保到位。酒店的工作人員整體都是很友善的，一直能看到有人在清理海灘。不管什麼時間泳池邊永遠有熱毛巾。room service 24小時都是在線的，半夜到的我們也吃上了晚飯。
酒店總共有6家酒吧，4家午餐，5種晚餐，外加一個咖啡/甜品/冰淇凌吧。早餐選擇很豐富，午餐中最值得嘗試的是泳池上方的地中海菜，晚餐最好吃的是意大利菜，服務最好最驚喜的是日本菜（鐵板燒有互動有表演，過生日還會給你跳舞）。最期待的法餐實在很一般，但他們的香檳很好喝。咖啡唯一一個還算能喝的是咖啡吧的，早餐的咖啡難以下嚥。
酒店每天都有很多活動不重樣，白天可以做瑜伽，晚上會有音樂表演和魔術秀，氛圍非常好
缺點是：
1.房間裏網絡很差 可以説幾乎沒有（最大的缺點）
2.房間的mini bar沒什麼零食
3.酒店離機場很遠但沒有免費接送機，哪怕住四晚也要付費接送
4.沙灘邊的大床竟然還需要預訂

GGuest UserThis resort was beautiful and had lots to do. Children are allowed, there’s a kids area and even a teen hang out. There are multiple pools and a beach. There are about 5 specialty restaurants that open at night, but require reservations—I ate at Fogo and it was delicious. During the day, there’s a buffet snack bar, coffee shop, and icecream bar available, plus a sports bar that’s open 24/7. In the evenings, the lobby has entertainment, including shows and a DJ.
Theres a trolly that comes every few minutes to take you around the resort if you don’t want to walk. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful wildlife roaming the resort and the amazing service staff—most were very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t consider this a party resort; it’s more geared toward families and low-key fun. Definitely check out the beach bar—John and Gerson are fantastic bartenders, very friendly and entertaining. There’s also a snack buffet there that overlooks the beach, so you can enjoy a nice breeze while you eat.
I traveled Solo. My only downside was the rooms. They each had a balcony, and really could have been great, but cleanliness could be greatly improved. I had to change rooms twice—first due to the AC not working, then because the balcony door wouldn’t lock. All 3 rooms weren’t very clean mainly the bathrooms. Im not a picky person so By the third room I had both locked doors and ac, so I just went with it lol. On the positive side, they did upgrade me to a larger room, which I appreciated. I did feel like some of the front desk staff was not very friendly or accommodating. Neither of those issues were my fault and it seem like a bother or hassle for them to swap my room.
Overall, it’s a lovely resort with great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a safe, beautiful place to unwind with family or enjoy a laid-back vacation.

The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

GGuest UserThis was our first time in Dominicana and we chose this hotel because our tour operator said it was new and we actually liked the pics (they are real by the way, not like in the majority of the hotels where they post only the best to attract guests). First thing that impressed us was that all staff was wearing masks at all times everywhere: inside and outside! No matter if they were showing sport exercises, cleaning or dancing in the lobby in the evening, they were always in masks! Then sanitizers everywhere . Temperature control at the entrance to the hotel and to all restaurants. The staff also makes sure you are wearing a mask and gloves when picking food. Everyone was polite helping and smiling all the time. I will name only some people here just because I didn't take photos of all names, so sorry if I didn't name you. All receptionists were ready to help and solve any problem you have. Bieavenido (thanks for late night talk, now I know when is the Independence day in Dominicana!😊). All our requests were satisfied within 5-15minutes (not Dominican minutes👆🤣). Guys at the restaurant all who were welcoming, thank you for giving us masks and gloves when we were too overwhelmed with holiday activities and forgot to get them🙈. Thank you for always wishing us good morning, nice day and smiling! Guys who take orders inside the restaurants and my Spanish teachers😅 Ramon, Antonio, Wilsoooooon Rincon, muchos gracias! They always ask you how you are, remember your orders and bring them before you think about it. Mariia Soriano and Andy from lobby bar- the smiliest girl and boy ever! Thank you for your Russian and Ukrainian, keep learning, next time I come I will check up on your progress! 🤣 Animation team- you are beyond human abilities!!! Fly yoga, yoga on surf boards, volleyball, water polo(I think it was water polo😅), water bikes in the swimming pool, sexy dancing, jumping on little trampolines..Ruben & Jason, my sister Debora(best breeds from you!❤)and my evening salsa teacher Coca -Cola(don't lose uno in bachata anymore😉). Love you guys! 🥰 I will always remember all of you, how you invited to take part in the activities, how you were showing everything step by step, your patience, your unique personalities. The best chef on this planet Wander Montilla with amazingly beautifully looking and heavenly tasting dishes. 😋 Thank you for your unforgettable dinner at the stake house restaurant! Also, the cooking show in Asian restaurant is worth seeing! The food is amazing and the products are high quality. We are more than happy with our rest!

The best part, without a doubt, is the beach: wide, soft sand, turquoise water, and a truly beautiful view. Perfect for relaxing, long walks, and spending the whole day by the ocean. The location is excellent and the resort feels comfortable to move around.
Overall, the service was very good: friendly staff, quick to help, and always with a good attitude. The facilities are well maintained, with several dining options and plenty of areas to relax. The food was better than expected, especially at the à la carte restaurants—well presented dishes and great taste.
Ideal for solo vacationing, couples or families looking for a large all-inclusive resort with an amazing beach and a calm atmosphere. I would definitely come back.

GGuest UserWe had such a positive experience at this hotel that we decided to book it again for our last night in the Dominican Republic. The resort is peaceful, featuring saltwater pools, private sea access via a ladder, and crystal-clear waters. A special thanks to Elisabeth, who made us feel right at home and handled our requests with great flexibility and positivity. Breakfast is not a buffet but à la carte, with excellent quality. Amazing sunsets! The location is strategic for visiting Dominicus and Bayahibe. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

IIndhujaWent to Bahia because we had a moderately nice experience in Mexico. This one was a very uncomfortable one for us mainly because of the people and the food. We felt hunger many times in this ”all-inclusive” hotel. The restaurants serve mediocre food, in small quantities, with least authenticity and does not invoke any feeling on consumption. We ate at the restaurant and then also to the buffet to feel a bit full, but the buffet equally lacks real food with low quality vegetables & fruits and just badly made food that looks un-appetising as well. If you're someone who loads up of meat and alcohol, this place might be for you. Sadly not for us, and at the end of our 5 day stay, we felt very depressed, glad to leave and our taste-buds were dead.
The rooms were large and clean, some parts were dated and the bathroom did not have a door to shield from the AC, which was weird. The beach was a great positive to our otherwise hugely disappointing stay. Made us doubt going to all-inclusive hotels ever again, would definitely not recommend.

GGuest UserI felt like I was in paradise!! I enjoyed my stay so so much. I didn’t even want to leave. The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion. There were free drinks all days and nights, and A LOT of entertainments. I met new friends because of the entertainments. It was right on the beach. The only things I had a little issue with was the beds. I really don’t like to sleep with just a sheet and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room so I was eaten up every morning. And if you need to buy a lotion and a new sunblock you need to pay 90 USD for that and that I feel is a big scam (pricing for everything that’s not included are extremely expensive!!)

GGuest UserThe resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

HHerreraThe hotel does not look like the pictures. When I got yo my room, on the first night my room smelled of urine, as if person who was belied me peed and the hotel doesn’t clean it. It was unbearable, I had to ask reception to come and sort it out because I wasnt going to be able to sleep with that smell. The housekeeper came and she swiped the floor and it was much better.
The toilet handle was broken despite the water flushing.
The room smelled out humidity.
Not very sure of they changed the sheets needles I got there or even after.
The food was all artificial food, nothing organic. All drinks were from those sachets. Even the sprite tasted different :/
On NYE the food was much better, there were good choices, but still artificial.
Overall, it wasn’t that bad, a lot of people seemed to be okay with it. I am very picky so I notice everything.
