"I booked two rooms during my stay at Atour Harbin. One of the rooms had a small issue where the toilet drain was clogged and the water could not go down properly . However, the staff responded very quickly. They came to check and repair it immediately. When the issue could not be solved quickly, they kindly helped us change to another room without any hassle . Their service was very professional and efficient, and we really appreciated how fast they handled the situation. Overall, it was still a very comfortable stay. 👍"

"The hotel is located in a great area with a beautiful mountain view that you can enjoy directly from the property. Right next to the hotel, there is a delicious shaokao restaurant which makes it very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The service was excellent — the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They kindly assisted me with my large suitcases and even helped me dry my laundry late at night, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended. The breakfast was also very good."

"Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26). Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.  Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!  Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!  Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat. For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!  On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!! We thank everyone at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant, especially Xiao Shuang for the lovely stay and the wonderful memories from Harbin! 谢谢🙏！"

"This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city."

"Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!"

"Very collapsed stay! Sanitary conditions are very poor! First of all, the fruit plate is very dirty, and the fruit is not washed. I have to wash it myself. I looked carefully and found that there are old juices and dried persimmons on the plate. It is definitely leftovers from others. The waiter did not check it, so he directly re-set the plastic film. We booked 3 rooms together, and the amount of dirty fruit was less than other houses. Secondly, the bath towels were very dirty. After taking a bath, I need to use a bath towel. I saw that there is a disinfection cabinet. I was very happy. After opening it, I found that the front bath towel was not neatly stacked. I was afraid that it was not clean. I specially took the neat bath towel stacked at the back. I was itchy at the back. I took a closer look at the bath towel. There are brown hard substances attached to the bath towel in two places. Very disgusting! Hurry up and take a shower again. I just had to go to bed after washing. When I lifted the quilt, there was a mosquito corpse on the bed. It was too collapsed and disgusting. [Tears] [Tears] [Tears] At this time, it was more than 3 in the morning. I thought the service staff had slept. I had to bear it. I wanted to use a pillowcase to cushion it on it. I took a look at it carefully. The pillowcase is dirty again [crazy] [crazy] [crazy] I have lived in so many hotels and encountered so many problems for the first time. At the beginning, I wanted to do this. As soon as we said, it is estimated that the waiter will have to be criticized for deducting wages and endure it. Later, I couldn't bear it. If we didn't say that the waiter was always so irresponsible, how dirty and dangerous, and what to do if there was an infectious disease! And the front desk reaction, the front desk waiters were very good, and apologised. We are not for the check-out payment. Since we live, we are not bad for these money, as if we want to compensate for the porcelain! I just felt that it affected the travel mood very much and it was almost collapsed! At that time, I booked a hotel. I wanted to set Sheraton. After seeing Lisboa, it was five diamonds. The most important thing was the newly opened one, so I chose Lisboa. I don't know how to rated 5 diamonds. The curtain box in the room still leaks light, not completely avoid light! It rained last night, and the rain was set on a tin roof. It was jingling all night. Can't it be handled as a silent roof? Is this still 5 diamonds? It's so crazy [crazy] [crazy] [crazy] will never choose this one again! It should be said that his breakfast is still very good for the time being, and there are many varieties!"

"Hotel is ongeveer 8-10min wandelen van de bus val van het gebied. Personeel was aardig, nam snel deel aan mijn verzoek. We boeken de familiekamer die kan bewonen 7 van ons, maar er waren slechts 2 handdoeken plus 2 handdoeken beschikbaar in de kamer. Het hotel heeft ons op verzoek meer handdoeken geleverd. De kamer was schoon en vrolijk. Er waren twee tweepersoonsbedden die vier van ons passen, terwijl een ander tatami bed bijna de andere drie van ons passen (wil het groter tatami was), maar het is slechts voor een nacht, dus het was goed. De kamer was uitgerust met een groot raam dat aan de Main Street, die een pluspunt is, een geweldige ochtend en nacht uitzicht op sneeuwstad uit het uitzicht! Ontbijt was geweldig! Veel diversiteit en het was heerlijk. Het hotel gaf ons zelfs gratis bevroren eten als diner. Er waren ook gratis water-ijs activiteiten die het hotel verstrekte. Over het algemeen was het verblijf geweldig."

"the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)"

The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. This hotel, located on Sandaogai Street, boasts an amazing location right off Central Avenue. Whether you want to see the streetscape, river views, or St. Sophia Cathedral, it's all within easy walking distance! Honestly, as a Harbin university student from 2003, this is the first time in over 20 years I've seen Central Avenue deserted in the early morning! It was a truly unique experience. The hotel itself is a classic European-style building, and the public areas, breakfast, and decor are all excellent. The only real drawback is the small room size, but considering its prime location in the Central Avenue business district, it's still very good. For this price, location, and ambiance, the value for money is absolutely superb. The breakfast was incredibly satisfying and fueled me up! The service was exceptional – truly genuine and thoughtful, much more personalized than the standard procedures you find in larger hotels. My only minor complaints are that the gym is pretty abysmal and almost negligible, and since this was a last-minute trip, for some reason they assigned me a room at the very end of the hallway, which felt a bit odd!!!

This hotel, over a century old, boasts a rich historical ambiance with its Tsarist Russian court design. The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess. The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable! This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

This is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are always genuinely warm and smiling, not just superficially. They insist on helping with luggage and promptly fulfill any requests. The room itself is also excellent, with a smart toilet and a spacious shower that doesn't feel cramped. While the breakfast buffet selection isn't vast, there's an Ă  la carte menu with daily Chinese and Western options, all delicious. Combined with the buffet, it's quite good. Crucially, it's very convenient. I initially worried about not being near Central Street, but the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the entrance. In reality, unless you're traveling solo, a ride-hailing car to Harbin Pharmaceutical Group General Factory is only 9 RMB, to Zhonghua Baroque it's 9 RMB, and to Central Street, it's just over ten RMB. I took taxis every day during my stay and found it cheap and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit.

The stay was fantastic! The hotel's design is excellent, and the wooden interior style feels very warm. The room was incredibly spacious with a superb view. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the popular tourist spots in the old town. The breakfast and executive lounge were great. The extended operating hours were a huge plus – if you're tired from a day out and can't get up early the next morning, you don't have to worry about missing breakfast. The complimentary hotel car service is quite unique, especially a convertible golf cart! Cruising around the nearby mountains with the top down on such a cool, clear day was really nice! Also, a big shout-out to Bonnie Bai from the executive lounge and Guest Relations Manager Tom Wang. Their service was incredibly attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues we encountered during our stay!

As the only hotel in Harbin that can truly be called a bit luxurious, it generally lives up to its reputation. The location, rooms, service, and amenities are all quite good. Bottled water is provided upon request, and the lotus decoration at the entrance is also very unique. The decor style is more simple and bright, a stark contrast to the Ritz-Carlton Tianjin where I stayed a few days ago – both are good in their own way. However, getting in and out of the hotel isn't very convenient, especially if you want to cross the road to the Songhua River. You have to navigate a really awkward traffic light intersection; the red light is very long, and even when it's green, there are cars turning right at high speed, which makes you quite nervous. The city view rooms have a poor outlook, filled with crowded, matchbox-like buildings with hardly any greenery. There's only one stool and one armchair in the room, which isn't very convenient. There's also a heating vent on the windowsill, so I was hesitant to put my phone there for fear of it falling off.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The decor is very new, and the room is spacious. The shower water is wonderfully hot. Both the front desk staff and the manager were incredibly welcoming and understanding. I was traveling with my elderly mother to Harbin, and the hotel provided a free wheelchair (deposit fully refundable), which was a thoughtful and convenient service. Today, we used it to visit Harbin Institute of Technology and Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, saving my mother a lot of energy. Highly recommend! 👍

They proactively upgraded our room and even gave us hot spring tickets, which was a nice surprise! The hot springs themselves were really fun, with lots of different pools. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn during a weekend getaway, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my experience. Check-In: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home immediately. Room: My room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and a cozy seating area. I appreciated the modern decor and the large flat-screen TV. The room also included a mini-fridge and microwave, which were convenient for storing snacks and leftovers. Amenities: The complimentary breakfast was a highlight! There was a good selection of hot and cold items, including scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, and a variety of pastries. The coffee was fresh and available all day, which I loved. The fitness center was adequately equipped for a quick workout, and I also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a nice touch for relaxation after a day of exploring the area.
