"Een echte aanrader!! Wij meiden vonden het zo gezellig en ontspannend! Het interieur is elegant ingericht, met houten meubels en zachte verlichting die elkaar perfect aanvullen. Er ligt zelfs een unieke tatamimat bij het raam! Terwijl we een kopje thee dronken van het theeservies op tafel, keken we uit het raam naar het weelderige groen, het pad en de vijver. Dit creëerde een pittoresk tafereel, dat de rust van een winterdag belichaamde.
Het personeel was ongelooflijk behulpzaam en reageerde snel op al onze verzoeken met uitzonderlijke professionaliteit en vriendelijkheid. We lieten ze zelfs de hond aaien. De gastvrouw was ook ongelooflijk aardig en nam het initiatief om ons mee te nemen naar een prachtige fotolocatie en gaf ons wat monniksvruchten als souvenir voordat we vertrokken.
De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien en elk detail weerspiegelde de minutieuze aandacht voor detail van het hotel. Het ontbijtmenu was uitgebreid, met alles van soepnoedels tot vers fruit tot voedzame pap â alles zorgvuldig bereid.

"Wij verbleven van 8 t/m 11 mei in dit hotel. Goede locatie. We namen een kamer met uitzicht op de rivier, het was erg mooi. Zeer beleefd, attent en vriendelijk hotelpersoneel. Tijdens het inchecken kregen we cadeautjes met snoepjes, het was erg leuk. We hebben ook gefilmd in het hotel in klederdracht. Wij, als buitenlanders, vonden het erg leuk. De kamers zijn schoon, goed beddengoed, comfortabele bedden, de zithoek bij het raam is gewoonweg magisch gezellig, met een prachtig uitzicht en een theetafel. Toen we uitcheckten, kregen we lokale thee. Het was natuurlijk heel erg gezellig. Het hotelgedeelte is erg schoon. En een groot pluspunt is dat een deel van het personeel Engels spreekt. Het was ook erg leuk dat er in de hal, bij de receptie, een tafel stond met thee, sap, fruit en koekjes, helemaal gratis, elke gast kon pakken wat hij wilde. Wij raden dit hotel aan."

"In Lujia Village is de omgeving relatief rustig en is eten gemakkelijk. De kamer was schoon, er hing een zwakke geur als de deur werd geopend, en er was helemaal geen vreemde geur. Het duurt slechts ruim 20 minuten om naar Reed Flute Cave te lopen, het is een pad door de jungle, dus u hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken over auto's. GGuest UserThe price is very affordable, and the room is quite comfortable â spacious with a comfy bed, and the cleanliness is spot on. It's also close to several attractions, and it's quiet at night. The service was thoughtful and excellent. We had a lot of rain these past two days, and many people were washing clothes, so the washing machines were overwhelmed. The staff even helped wash and dry our clothes, and they were placed outside our door by the time we woke up in the morning. Breakfast was decent too, with freshly made signature Guilin rice noodles and wontons. If you're exploring the area, this hotel is definitely worth recommending.

Good breakfast and amenities. Facility is well kept. Staff are so accommodating, helpful and nice. Realised many are students! Lucy, Yuki. Cindy, Sarah and the drivers as well as staff at the restaurants are all fantastic. The daily check ins via wechat are thoughtful. Shower pressure and temp are great! Love seeing the bunny and pair of ducks around the hotel.

YYiyi_HighnessRight after the Dragon Boat Festival, I decided to extend my stay for a few extra days to truly experience Nanning, a city with great food and sights!
The high-altitude hotel offered a perfect stay. The facilities were excellent; the pool was open until 10 PM and very clean, and the gym was accessible 24 hours. For breakfast, they even had luosifen, old friend noodles, and Guilin rice noodles â yum!
The location was great, just a short walk to MixC shopping mall. Getting around was also very convenient; finding taxis and rides was never an issue, which is a huge plus. The staff were all super friendly, always greeting me warmly no matter how late it was. The front desk service was thoughtful, the environment was quiet and clean, and they even provided umbrellas in the room, which came in handy during the rainy season.
The spa was also a nice touch. Definitely one of the hotels I'd recommend!

AAilinnuonuo95Upgraded to a balcony room for one night, directly facing the beautiful Li River and Fubo Hill. The evening breeze was so pleasant. The double sinks, toilet, and shower room were all separate, which was very convenient. Later, we moved to a 180-degree river view room, where I could just relax on the tatami mat and gaze at the river â truly a stolen moment of leisure. The oversized bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak and stress relief. The mini-bar was free, and the complimentary fruit at night was delicious.
The butler and front desk staff were all so kind, polite, and provided excellent service, always ready to help. They proactively asked daily if we needed anything, if the room temperature was comfortable, or if we wanted to choose different pillows. We slept wonderfully every night.
The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, including two types of rice noodles (dry and soup). There were also two kinds of herbal teas daily, like luo han guo and goji berry. We had dinner Ă la carte, and the food was delicious, the ambiance beautiful, making it perfect for photos.
The hotel package included a photoshoot with a good selection of outfits. The photographer was patient and meticulous, and selecting the photos was a smooth process.
My mom absolutely loved the hotel's cultural handicraft experience; she made three phone charms and really enjoyed it.
I also tried the hotel spa. The masseuse was quiet throughout but worked hard, and her technique was very good.
The most memorable part of our Guilin trip was our stay at Lijiang Courtyard. We felt completely at home. We'll definitely book here again next time!

GGuest UserThis hotel was a great choice for my trip, and I'm so glad I picked it! First off, I have to give a special shout-out to Winnie at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to. The check-in process was very efficient and smooth. The room itself was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. My only minor suggestion would be to fix the loose outlet in the bathroom, as the hairdryer wasn't working very well. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for dining and getting around. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The staff were all very attentive, and any requests were handled promptly. It was a very satisfying experience, and I'll definitely be staying here again on future trips to the area. I highly recommend it to other travelers!

LLvxingfashaoyouxiongbaobaoGuilin Shangri-La, I absolutely, absolutely, absolutely love it!! Is Guilin Shangri-La old? No! While it's a bit older, every single facility is incredibly well-maintained! And the food? Even better!
Perhaps my experience is limited, but my 6-year-old and I have traveled to 129 cities, and the variety and taste of the food in Guilin Shangri-La's Horizon Club (executive lounge) are super, super, super abundant!!
The breakfast is also fantastic, and the Chinese food at Shang Palace is too!!! We stayed here for three days and ate our way through the entire Shangri-La from top to bottom!!
The spa, gym, and pool are all super, super excellent!

ZZikxleoI'm finally getting around to reviewing this hotel a week after my trip, and I can honestly say, without exaggeration, that it's been the best overall hotel experience I've had in years, haha. Before my trip, I compared many places online and even booked one initially before canceling it. I usually prioritize hotels that have opened within the last three years because their facilities tend to be newer. I had prepared myself for the possibility that the actual place might not live up to the online photos, but I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised upon arrival. From the thoughtful little amenities and drinks prepared by the front desk to the room's decor and the front desk staff and 24-hour butler's warm and patient assistance with all our questions, the entire experience was incredibly comfortable.
Our room had a coffee machine that we didn't use, but we certainly made good use of the 75-inch big screen. We didn't watch any sports, but we binged two days' worth of shows, which was very relaxing. Also, the hotel's laundry service exceeded expectations; the clothes I sent for washing came back neatly folded in a bag and even had a faint, pleasant scent. The hotel's restaurant was also excellent; the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and the dining time was generous. Our room came with a voucher for a dish called 'Li River Shrimp,' and we used it for lunch. The dish redeemed with the voucher was, in my opinion, the best, and the other dishes were also delicious. The overall experience was fantastic, with only one minor flaw: the shower drain in our room was a bit slow. However, I didn't report this to the front desk at the time because I was so incredibly satisfied with everything else that this small issue was easily overlooked, haha.

PPinky JI recently stayed at the Lux* Chongzuo Guangxi Resort for 2 nights with my family. We booked three one-bedroom deluxe suites, and they were incredibly spacious and comfortable! Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were spotless, tidy, and very cozy. Our butler, Doris, was especially attentive and helpful! She assisted us with arranging transportation and making dining reservations. Since we were traveling with elderly family members, Doris thoughtfully arranged for our rooms to be next to each other and specifically chose rooms without steps to make it easier for them to get around. It was incredibly kind and considerate. The panoramic windows in the rooms offered stunning views of the karst peaks, which our elders thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant food also catered well to their tastes. With its tranquil scenery and meticulous service, Lux* Chongzuo Guangxi Resort is truly a top choice for a family getaway; it completely washed away all the weariness of everyday life!
