My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

The rooms were fine, but I have to give a negative review for the concierge service. I was with my child and in a hurry to register my car plate number before heading out. However, the concierge, a man with glasses, was engaging in a lengthy and polite conversation with a foreigner and completely ignored us. Even though I was standing there with my child for several minutes, no one bothered to approach us. I finally had to interrupt their enthusiastic chat to ask if someone else or the check-in desk could register my car plate. I received a cold and quick 'no' – a stark contrast to the warm interaction he had with the foreign guest. After waiting for a long time and seeing no end to their conversation, and with my one-year-old getting restless, I went to the check-in counter to ask if they could help with the car plate. It was then that a nearby check-in staff member took us back to the concierge desk, where someone there *did* register my car plate. I was utterly confused! Turns out, it *was* possible. So, is concierge service only reserved for foreign guests, and we don't even deserve a smile? He knew I had a baby and had been waiting for almost ten minutes, yet he was completely indifferent. This is hard to assess... The hotel facilities and cleanliness were fine. The doorman when we left was very enthusiastic. The breakfast, to be honest, was really just mediocre! The French toast was alright, but the rest was truly unremarkable... especially the waffles, which were hard and unappetizing, and the eggs were very average. Three days, two nights – next time I visit friends in Guangzhou, I definitely won't choose this place again! Though I was happy they upgraded my room type when they saw I had a small baby.

Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an was absolutely delightful, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic city night views, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, all of which were delicious. The hotel staff, especially Sia, was incredibly warm and friendly, providing thoughtful and attentive service that truly catered to our every need. It was indeed five-star service. The swimming pool and gym facilities were also excellent, making it a great choice for a vacation in Shenzhen.

Five-star review! ✨ The location is in Futian Central District, which is very convenient for transportation and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The staff were attentive and polite, responding promptly. Overall, it's the usual Ritz-Carlton standard. The CBD night view is fantastic, and the stay felt like a perfect leisure getaway. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

This time, I chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for my trip to the Zhuhai Chimelong International Ocean Tourist Resort, and the overall resort experience was very complete. The hotel's architecture is grand, with an ocean-themed atmosphere throughout. Stepping into the lobby, you immediately feel a strong island vacation vibe. The overall environment is open and spacious, with well-maintained greenery. Walking around the grounds, you can see large areas of lush plants, and the air is very pleasant. The hotel's internal facilities are comprehensive, with a water park divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The indoor area has a comfortable temperature, allowing for water activities even in bad weather. The outdoor area features a beach landscape, offering bay views while you play in the water. The hotel grounds also have a dolphin viewing area where you can watch dolphins swim and play through glass, as well as a scenic area with flamingos. You can encounter them just by strolling around, making it perfect for a leisurely visit and photo opportunities. Dining options are abundant; the buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Chinese and Western cuisine, with a full range of seafood, hot dishes, and desserts. The dining environment is also distinctive, allowing you to enjoy aquarium views while you eat. Transportation is convenient, with shuttle services available to various points within the resort, eliminating the hassle of getting around. The guest rooms are clean, with spacious bathrooms, comfortable bedding, and thoughtful attention to detail. Staff responsiveness is prompt, check-in and check-out procedures are smooth, and basic services like luggage storage are well-handled. Whether it's a family trip or a casual getaway with friends, you can balance fun and relaxation here without having to shuttle back and forth between the park and your accommodation. The overall pace of the trip is relaxed, making it a vacation choice worth returning to. Oh, and they even gave us complimentary fruit, which was a very pleasant surprise!

Had a wonderful two-night, three-day stay at the hotel. First, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and our butler, Sini, was very thoughtful, providing ample warm reminders and responding super quickly. Other staff members we encountered also responded and resolved issues very promptly. The overall feeling the hotel gave was attentive and professional. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained and nicely laid out. I heard it was fully booked one of the nights, but aside from the buffet breakfast being a bit crowded, it never felt overly busy. The hotel has a great resort vibe. It's a shame that with kids, there were many beautiful spots where we couldn't take good photos. Buffet Breakfast: Rich and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices, Cantonese-style freshly made rice noodle rolls, Cantonese congee, chicken feet, Southeast Asian curry rice noodles, etc. You can even mix your own fresh fruit juices. Buffet Dinner: Included in the Trip.com package. The drinks selection was extensive, with several beers, white and red wines, and even the option to mix your own cocktails. There were several types of shrimp and crab, not just one, plus grilled mini lobsters, oysters, scallops, abalone, and lamb racks. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying. A commendable point is how quickly food was replenished; we rarely had to wait. The beach is clean and exclusive to the hotel, so it's not crowded. Besides the main pool, there's also a swim-up lane connected to the rooms, which was a joy for kids who love water. Over the three days, we switched between the beach and pool constantly, and my child didn't want to leave. If we come for a family holiday again, we'll definitely return here.

This hotel boasts excellent hardware and facilities, fully meeting five-star standards, and the overall environment has a great feel. However, there are quite a few service details that need improvement during the stay. Here's an objective sharing of my experience: 1. Food deliveries and packages are uniformly placed at the entrance on the first floor, requiring guests to go downstairs to pick them up. There's no robot delivery service, making everyday retrieval a bit inconvenient. 2. The hotel has many floors, and staff share guest elevators. During peak hours, elevator wait times are long, which affects travel efficiency. 3. Room cleaning details were not meticulous enough. There were residual oil stains on the dining table and counter from before, which were not wiped clean, and a small amount of hair and debris on the bed. Later, the room manager sincerely apologized in person and offered fruits and small gifts, showing a very genuine attitude. However, even after the rectification, there were still oversights: the bathrobe and large bath towels were taken by the cleaning staff but not promptly replaced with new ones, indicating untimely replenishment of amenities. 4. There was a minor error in the gender notation on the check-in information displayed on the in-room TV system. Such a small oversight inevitably makes one feel that attention to detail is lacking. 5. The Bluetooth speaker rented via the mini-program had glue marks on its body, low battery, and no accompanying instructions. The daily inspection and maintenance of amenities need to be strengthened. Overall, the hotel has a great foundation in terms of hardware, and the manager's apology and corrective attitude were very sincere. However, there is still significant room for improvement in the service standards and attention to detail of the frontline cleaning staff. I hope that employee training will be enhanced in the future to ensure service details are properly implemented, which I believe will greatly improve the experience.

The St. Regis Zhuhai for its stunning high-altitude views of Macau, luxurious and spacious rooms, and exceptionally polite, attentive butler service. Families appreciate the kid-friendly atmosphere and high-quality breakfast buffet.  However, some visitors point out occasional drawbacks, including hit-or-miss dining quality at the Cantonese restaurant, smaller indoor pool facilities, and occasional wait times during busy check-in periods. Isolated reports also cite room maintenance or hardware issues. Overall, it is widely considered an excellent, high-end stay for luxury travelers.

The hotel is meticulously designed, very new, spotless, and has a very 'presidential' style – absolutely beautiful. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Zhengjia Plaza, Taikoo Hui, and Tianhuan Plaza, and a 20-minute walk to Canton Tower. They offer a ton of extra services, like garment care and afternoon tea, and the food is delicious. Our butler, Yueyue, was incredibly responsive and handled every request; I highly recommend she gets a promotion! Guangzhou is such a great city to explore.

Choosing the Penguin Hotel as our base for our Chimelong trip was an excellent decision, making our entire holiday experience truly enjoyable. A covered walkway leads directly to the theme park, a mere one-minute walk away. This indoor connection between the hotel and the park means we were unaffected by any weather conditions. The hotel's bus station offers frequent departures, making it incredibly convenient to travel between different areas of the resort. Our room was spacious and airy, filled with natural light. The furniture was neatly arranged, and the bedding felt soft and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat to soothe our tired bodies after a day of activities. The dining options were diverse and plentiful, with each restaurant offering its unique flavors. The dishes catered to a variety of dietary needs, and the ingredients were of high quality. The dining areas were bright and spacious. Public facilities were regularly inspected and maintained, ensuring all hardware ran smoothly and reliably. The staff were attentive and courteous, treating guests with warmth and generosity, and promptly responding to all inquiries. The hotel is decorated with themed installations throughout, creating a strong holiday atmosphere in the lobby and corridors. Public areas were kept meticulously clean, allowing for relaxing strolls that helped alleviate any physical exhaustion from our activities. Whether traveling with family or friends, everyone is sure to have a comfortable stay. The seamless transition between play and rest created many wonderful memories for our trip.
