The hotel staff are very polite, patient and helpful. The hotel even provide free airport transfer for me on the day I checked out. I am very grateful and honor.

I liked the hotel, best location, dealing with other facilities/services, and morning breakfast (as I stayed night and checked out at 12 pm).

All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

hotel very near airport, around 10min, clean friendly service, good food breakfast. the pool is outdoor on the roof was on maintanance.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. Being a stranger in Dhaka, the hotel staff is showing their polite, passionate to their guest. I can feel cozy and warmth during my staying. The room is clean and the breakfast food is good. Every hotel staff can remember my favourite food and habit in 3 days only.

Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention. Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.

De kamer was nogal vies, maar de quilt was een beetje kleurrijk. Gelukkig heb ik een kussensloop meegenomen. Pros: 1.) Below USD130 for a king deluxe room and room is big. 2.) comfort mattress 3.) key card access to floor 4.) rooftop swim pool and jacuzzi 5.) 24 hours gym is quite complete but lack of storage cabinet 6.) sauna and steam room is just 1 floor below gym and swimming pool 7.) restaurant ala-carte food is good 8.) buffet is good but need more variety towards Chinese/ SEA cuisine 9.) did not see any mosquito inside hotel but I got few bites in my room, no idea where to mosquitoes come from 10.) in room facilities is perfect Cons: 1.) shower water pressure is not strong, but the shower at rooftop swimming pool is strong! 2.) suggest to adjust the lighting control for 1 touch off/ on all 3.) curtain is heavy, suggest to install a motorised curtain 4.) complimentary buffet breakfast every day same, suggest to provide more different variety at least put up a noodle station 5.) don’t have groceries store within nor nearby hotel premise 6.) a welcome fruits basket will be perfect for long stay guests 7.) a bar at rooftop swimming pool will be good 8.) bar at level 16 don’t know how to get in, a dark glass blocked the entrance.

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.
