I took the A38 bus directly from the airport to the hotel, which took about an hour. The A38 route has infrequent buses, only one an hour, so I recommend checking the map beforehand to avoid waiting aimlessly. The bus announced the hotel stop, but after getting off, you still have to walk a bit. The hotel is opposite the bus stop. Hong Kong's roads are quite peculiar, with no sidewalks, but fortunately, there aren't many cars. Since the hotel is by the sea, there's a chance of getting a sea view room. The hotel seems a bit old; the carpet was indeed a bit dirty, but other facilities in the room were fine. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan (downtown), apparently every fifteen minutes. From Tsuen Wan, you can take the MTR to other places, which is quite convenient [Clap]. A taxi from the hotel to the airport costs around 250-300 HKD, just for your reference. Overall, it's good value for money. It's a great choice for a layover if you're only staying one night. P.S. My room was upgraded for free!

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's right next to the airport, and you can get there by walking through a covered walkway. As soon as you arrive, there are clear signs throughout the airport terminal. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. While the soundproofing isn't perfect, the bedding, environment, and provided toiletries make for a very comfortable stay! If you need a hotel for a layover or easy transport, this is definitely one to consider!

For this family trip, I booked two rooms, and both were very satisfactory. The hotel met all my room requests, assigning me high-floor rooms with good views. The rooms are quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and while it's not in the city center, its convenient transportation makes up for it; both the MTR and the water taxi downstairs provide easy access to the city center. Therefore, the price offers great value for money. The staff were very welcoming, and communicating in Mandarin was seamless. Although the hotel isn't newly opened, the facilities are very well-maintained, and housekeeping was thorough. The key highlight is the excellent service; despite the hotel being busy with many guests, everything in the lobby and entrance area ran smoothly and orderly. It truly lives up to international five-star standards.

The room offered a view of Victoria Harbour and we got two complimentary bottles of water every day. Disposable toothbrushes were provided, and the housekeeping staff cleaned promptly. All hotel staff were very polite. The hotel is conveniently located, with bus stops, airport city bus, and MTR station all within about a 5-minute walk. There's a supermarket and small restaurants downstairs. Breakfast was also good. I would choose this hotel again for my next visit.

An excellent, impressive hotel – it immediately gives off the vibe of a large, full-fledged hotel, and the name Plaza really suits it. Inside, it smells very pleasant; even approaching the hotel, you can detect a nice, subtle, sweet jasmine scent. The hotel is easy to find: there are signs from the metro, and once you exit onto the street, its building is immediately visible – it's large and stands out. Check-in was very quick: several staff members were working at the large reception desk. We were given a room with two twin beds and a private terrace-balcony (a nice bonus). Each of us received a separate key card – for me, this is a prime indicator of guest care. The cost of our stay turned out to be quite low considering the number of nights we booked. Check-out was also very quick, but the 11:00 AM check-out time is not very convenient. The hotel is very quiet. The corridors are long, but you rarely encounter anyone there. The room was also very quiet. Housekeeping is done daily, and the Wi-Fi works well. There's a pool, but from what I understood, it closes quite early (I don't remember exactly, around 7-8 PM), so I didn't get a chance to use it. The room made a very good impression. It's large, clean, and comfortable. Two comfortable beds, nice bedding, a small table, a full set of towels, slippers, a safe, a refrigerator, tea, coffee, and sugar. The room also has a hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, thick blackout curtains, and tissues. I especially liked the toiletries in the bathroom: the shower gel has a very pleasant scent, and there's also shampoo and hand cream. The plumbing is in good condition – and yes, that's important, because issues with plumbing are quite common in hotels. As for the downsides – there are no power outlets near the bed. USB ports were available on the desk, but they charge quite slowly, so it's best to bring an adapter. Perhaps adapters can be obtained at reception, but I didn't ask. Like many hotels in Hong Kong, the room does not provide disposable amenities or bottled water – the hotel adheres to an eco-friendly approach. The location is generally convenient. The hotel is not far from the waterfront, although it's not immediately obvious how to get there the first time. You need to head towards the stadium (Coliseum), and then through pedestrian overpasses: to the left – to the waterfront, and straight through the first overpass above the bus stop – towards the city. The metro is next to the hotel, and it's just one stop from West Kowloon Station – very quick. There's also a bus stop nearby with routes towards Wan Chai and Central via the underwater tunnel. The hotel itself is actually connected to a small, modest shopping center. There's a good grocery store there and several cafes/restaurants. McDonald's is located within the metro station building. Someone mentioned money exchange shops in the mall in a review – I couldn't find any. If you need to exchange money, you can find an ATM in the underpass behind the metro station building, opposite the passage to the university, but the exchange rate there isn't the best. It's better to use the exchange shops south of Tsim Sha Tsui station, on Nathan Road – there's a whole floor dedicated to them. It's about a 12-15 minute walk from the hotel or one metro stop. Overall, I felt really comfortable here. A spacious and clean room, quietness, everything I needed at hand, and a convenient location. My impressions of the hotel were very positive.

We live in HK and decided to bring our 13 month old for her to experience the playhouse. The amenities are complete and really child friendly. * I had a problem with the playhouse because it was not mentioned that it comes with a fee so please check the rates here. Not bad for in house guests but would highly suggest the give complimentary fee hours to in house guests. They offer bed guard, crib, milk warmer and sterilizer. When we entered the room it has a bathtub for our baby and a fan. The breakfast is okay and has options for our child. The pool is huge and has 2 slides for kids. They require a life jacket for kids but we brought ours. The only thing the hotel needs to improve is the air conditioning in the room, its summer and we have a child. The aircon says 18 but my baby is sweating. That’s why they have the fan ready but still not much of help.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. There's a shuttle bus service to Disneyland, and when it's busy, they use larger buses that come every few minutes, making transfers very convenient and timely. The room was spacious with two 1.5-meter beds, providing plenty of room. Although the decor isn't luxurious, the materials used are high-quality; the mattress and faucets are excellent. Details like the placement of the trash can and tissue dispenser are well thought out. I especially want to commend the charging cables with various connectors, plug adapters, and USB and C-type charging ports provided on the bedside table. This greatly met our family's charging needs. The hotel's courtyard is also very picturesque, and you can walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Disneyland.

Super satisfied! I booked this hotel for a two-day trip to Disney. They offer a free shuttle bus, and the 8:40 PM one is perfect for catching after the fireworks show. For the next day, you can book the 9 AM or 10 AM shuttle at the front desk. The hotel's location is great, and the front desk even gave me a room with a partial sea view – thank you! The room was also very spacious and clean. It was my first time seeing a shower area designed like that, haha. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance!

The hotel's riverside location is great for walks or morning runs. The rooms are clean, and the staff provides excellent service. The Italian restaurant serves delicious food. There's an airport shuttle and a mini-bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get to the subway station and nearby malls. Thumbs up! 👍

The hotel's surroundings offer convenient shopping, a wide variety of dining options, and excellent transportation access. The park downstairs and the seaside promenade provide a very pleasant experience. However, the cleanliness needs improvement, as there was hair on the tea tray. The facilities also require maintenance, as the sink drainage was poor.
