I love this hotel, always clean, amazing fast service, great location with enough parking, price is very competitive and they have value for money. Its a beautiful environment.

It was good stay, near city Centre, decent staff, hotel has own cab service, spencer was very helpful

這家的位置在Helensvale, 距離機場35km, 離市區15km, 接機會收接機費，剛開始服務還行。 但槽點實在無語， 1. 酒店不會給你主動做每天的客房打掃服務。 2. 且餐食管理能力，實在太low。餐食定點定時供應，四菜一湯，雖然都含在房費裏。經常出現飯被客人用完了，而你還沒吃上。 3.距離市區實在太遠，每天開車來回路上多餘油費實在心疼。 4. 房間內有蚊子，隔音一般。

All good except the $45 a head charge for Breakfast. Cant comment as to whether it is worth such a price as I didnt bother!

Great hotel in the heart of Harare with excellent service from the front office team member who assisted me.

The corridors lights could not be switched off at night making the room uncomfortable to fall asleep as the light permeated the room. The bed side lights were non functional needing one to walk to the entrance wall to switch off the room light. Made a complaint about these issues but nothing was done about it. Quite poor service

Hotel catered to the extra requests I made with no additional cost which was lovely. They the process run smoothly. Will definitely go back.

酒店位置不錯，就在一座小山包的頂上，環境特別幽靜。一個大院子，裏面有游泳池，燒烤設施，酒吧等。房間也比較大，出門就是游泳池。

The service was extremely terrible and slow starting from the reception to the restaurant, the beverages took forever to come through, the main meal wasn’t all that great. Extremely Disappointing especially for the price and being the most expensive hotel in Harare.
