Hotels met Pools in Samarkand Region, Uzbekistan

We verbleven twee nachten in het hotel, drie kamers, alles is schoon, netjes, een heel fijn hotel, een mooi zwembad, volledige service bij het zwembad, cocktails, fruit en een handdoek. Het ontbijt is erg goed, rode vis, rode kaviaar, een ruime keuze aan desserts, vers fruit, goede koffie. Het is 25 minuten lopen naar het Registanplein, 1 euro met de taxi. Er zijn verschillende restaurants in de buurt van het hotel. Ik raad het aan, alles zal comfortabel zijn. Het personeel is beleefd en hoffelijk. De jongens zijn geweldig! P.S. Het hotel verkoopt geen alcohol of bier. (Maar er is een restaurant genaamd Old City tegenover het hotel, dat raden we aan.)

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location right opposite to Shoh-I-Zinda complex. The other renowned complexes like Registan Square, Bibikhanum mausoleum...eyc are at a walking distance from the hotel. The facilities were great with a nice breakfast and the staff professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

Een fantastisch verblijf van 3 nachten in het Mövenpick hotel met alle voorzieningen. Het hotel ligt erg gunstig en dicht bij het Gour Emir monument (4-5 minuten lopen) en het Registan plein (15-16 minuten). Er zijn veel cafés en restaurants in de buurt van het hotel, aangezien we geen ontbijt bij het hotel hadden geboekt. Omdat we geen zin hebben om uit eten te gaan, hebben we twee keer heerlijk gegeten in restaurant Caramelle (echt sappige manti en smakelijke somsa en soepen). We hebben de sauna (de hammam was in reparatie) en de fitnessruimte geprobeerd. We hebben genoten van een drankje aan de poolbar. We kunnen het Mövenpick hotel in Samarkand dan ook van harte aanbevelen. De kamerprijzen zijn bovendien zeer betaalbaar voor een 4,5/5-sterrenhotel.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Het hotel is erg mooi en niet ver van de bezienswaardigheden. Het hotel zelf is nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel bij de receptie is erg beleefd en attent. Onze trein vertrok om 8 uur 's ochtends en we hadden de receptie van tevoren gevraagd om het ontbijt voor ons klaar te maken, wat ze ook gedaan hebben.

Номер соответствует фото, завтраки не очень понравились: маленький выбор, но мы останавливались на пару ночей, так что перед дорогой перекусить нормально. Нам не повезло на улице где находилась гостиница был ремонт и было очень пыльно. Расположение нормальное- на такси до главной достопримечательности от 10 до 20 минут, зависит от пробок. На ресепшене деньги не меняют.
