Smart and efficient service. Lovely breakfast.
Usual utility problems for Uganda, i.e., elevator broken down, room key didn't work and unreliable internet.
Maybe the manager should invest in a country where these problems don't impact businesses.

Location was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price

Empfehlenswert - Mir hat es gut gefallen.
Aber Achtung:
Bei Buchung „Gemütliches Studio Apartement“ erhält man die unterste Zimmerkategorie (Nr. 20) in Nähe der lauten Wirtschaftsräume, in denen Betrieb bis in die späte Nacht herrscht.
Besser sind die „Standard Suite“, die vor Ort 50$ kostet und großzügigen Platz anbietet.
Wichtig: Reisestecker mitnehmen.

I had an exceptional stay at Mestil! The place is super clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a real sense of luxury and comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help — they truly make you feel at home. I was also very impressed by the top-notch security throughout the property, which gave me complete peace of mind during my stay.
Highly recommend Mestil to anyone visiting Kampala — it’s one of the best hospitality experiences in the city!

заселялись на одну ночь при путешествии по стране, очень милый персонал, старались как могли для нас.Хороший бассейн, чисто, тихо, встретили бокальчиком вина ( белое или красное), очень хороший завтрак сделали в дорогу)) спасибо за это отдельное. Хорошо работал интернет. Удобная кровать, небольшая терраса. Выходили вокруг отеля погулять - попали на местную свадьбу, на шоу барабанщиков - колорит.СОтрудники очень старались для нас.
Из минусов- не очень вкусный запах у геля для душа и мыла жидкого, но это субъективное мнение.

Banda Lodge ligt in Masaka, op 5 min. rijden van Masaka Golf Course en Masaka Regional Referral Hospital. Deze lodge ligt op 2,3 km van Muteesa I Royal University en op 29,3 km van Victoriameer.
Plezier gegarandeerd dankzij een buitenzwembad of geniet van het uitzicht vanuit een terras en een tuin. Andere kenmerken van deze lodge zijn gratis wifi, een picknickplaats en barbecues.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided.
Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request.
Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price.

Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.

It felt like I was being forced to stay for four nights, and even then, I couldn't cancel the remaining three days after checking in for just one. It felt like coercion, I didn't like it, and I won't stay there again.

It's the five'th time I'm at that hotel Today a smaller room isn't possible. If I get that room first, I never come back!!! Very bad!!!
I've to call every time the reception, because the doorlocker doesn't work!

Mmeteor0513The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the hotel staff is very warm, and the health is also very good. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is on the road. Some of the rooms have the sound of cars and motorcycles, which affects sleep. We later changed a room to be quieter. But there is a bar inside the hotel for a birthday party on Friday. The sound is very loud. It is close to 11 pm and there is no sign of ending. Later, I called the front desk to ask them to call the lobby manager to turn down the music.
