This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The experience was just as enjoyable, proving that this place is consistently reliable. Will definitely return again!

因為這家酒店選擇在箭鎮逗留了三天兩晚，事實這個選擇非常正確，為了它打算在箭鎮秋季到來的時候再來一次新西蘭。晴天的美毋庸置疑，陰雨天更有英倫氣息。四人入住雙卧套房，超大的客廳，白天有陽光晚上圍着壁爐在一起聊天，非常放鬆，還有前後兩個露台，可以看到雪山與遠處的海耶斯湖，幸運地看到了微弱的極光。廚房設施非常齊全，做飯很方便。每天會打掃，有地暖和電熱毛巾架，洗衣機烘乾機也都有。穿過酒店的高爾夫球場可以徒步到海耶斯湖，箭鎮步行半小時，也可以讓酒店隨時安排車輛接送，皇后鎮也有免費穿梭巴士，對非自駕人羣非常友好。

Smooth checkin with very warm welcome greet. Everything works great and the small washing machine was free! I love the fact that salt and pepper is provided in the kitchenette made my cooking more complete. Great Location only 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre , great vibe! Leisure centre is 5 minutes drive away with great swimming pool and jacuzzi.

My recent stay at Oakridge Resort Lake Wanaka was overall a very positive experience, thanks to its fantastic amenities. After long days spent exploring the stunning surrounding landscapes, the hot pools were an absolute highlight. Soaking in the warm water under the stars was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind tired muscles. This was definitely a standout feature of the resort and something I greatly appreciated. If I were to be particularly picky, the only minor annoyance during my stay was a faint but persistent hissing sound coming from the telephone line in my room. While it wasn't overly loud, it did become a little distracting when trying to get to sleep. Despite this small issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Oakridge Resort.

We waren opgewonden om de eerste gasten te zijn om een beoordeling te laten voor dit geweldige nieuwe resort! De locatie is fantastisch, slechts een snelle 10-minute rijden naar de stad, en onze kamer biedt adembenemende uitzichten op de Shot River, creëerde een echt ontspannende sfeer. We kwamen om 10 uur en de receptie was onverwacht klaar, warm welkom en zelfs upgrade van onze kamer! Het leek precies als de foto's, met een ontwerp en een interieur die perfect de vibe van ons zoeken. Ze hadden welkome drankjes wachten op ons en we waardeerden dat melk op verzoek op elk moment beschikbaar was. Het ontbijt was een heerlijke ervaring met la carte, met een reeks heerlijke opties. Het servicepersoneel was niet alleen opmerkzaam en vriendelijk, maar ook uitstekende aanbevelingen voor de nabijgelegen restaurants! We hebben ook toegestaan in de kamerservice, die onze verwachtingen in zowel smaak als puntualiteit overschreed. Hoewel de fitness- en filmkamer nog in de bouw waren, werd het kleine onderhoudsprobleem dat we in de badkamer ontmoetten, snel door het personeel behandeld. Onze verblijf heeft ons gevrijd om terug te keren en de eindresultaten van dit nieuwe juweel te zien. Ik adviseer dit resort zeer aan iedereen!

The motel is very Comfortable, the location is very convenient and the staff very nice and friendly.

Mercure Queenstown Resort has offered very good services with great hospitality. The room given has a great view overseeing a big lake right from the middle. Livin (A name for New Zealander, I suppose) offered great hospitality for us and even treated us a VIP favour by giving an in room slipper.. thank you.. if you are lucky you can even spot a double rainbow… Superb.. love Queenstown and Mercure Resort.. Also Accor membership is usable here.. bravo..

Beautiful apartment, with sweeping views of the lake. Apatrtment in pristine condition, and kitchen comes with everything you need for self catering.

Location: The hotel is located close to the Queenstown airport but approximately 15 mins away from Queenstown itself. Parking: There is no parking bays at the Hilton (only valet) itself but it shares with Doubletree which is limited. Due to some maintenance work, level P2 was closed off and had to park in a reserved slot for the night. Cost of parking is NZ$ 16 per night. Rooms: This is where my issue lies, the room temp is centrally managed and it was freezing at night especially with the floor to ceiling windows. Had to go to the front desk for portable heater and extra blankets on the 1st night. Bathroom is non-heated (with tiled floors) so extra cold in there. In most places we stayed in NZ, the bathrooms had heated lamps overhead for comfort. I requested the accessible room for mom and it was provided as requested although the location of the room was on one end of the building which is a distance to walk. Food: Breakfast was a good selection and ran from 630 to 1030am.
