Het personeel was fantastisch en behandelde onze grote groep van 17 personen uitstekend. Alle medewerkers spraken Engels en Italiaans. Het hotel ligt dicht bij het vliegveld, maar je moet een taxi nemen naar het station om in het centrum van Milaan te komen. Al met al een zeer positief verblijf.

We konden niet in het hotel blijven, omdat de hotelmanager zei dat onze kamer onder water stond en ons naar een ander hotel bracht als vervanging. Hoewel ik niet over het hotel zelf kan oordelen, waardeer ik hun service en de manier waarop ze het probleem hebben opgelost.
Tremezzo is veel relaxter dan Varenna (het ergste) en Bellagio. Het is alleen wat lastiger te bereiken als je geen auto hebt.

Mijn verblijf in het Viu Design Hotel Milaan was buitengewoon aangenaam. Het moderne design van het hotel was verfrissend en de kamers waren comfortabel en hadden een artistieke sfeer. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, met name het verse gebak was heerlijk. Het personeel was vriendelijk en professioneel en stond altijd klaar om te helpen. De fantastische locatie maakte het voor mij gemakkelijk om de charmes van Milaan te ontdekken.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport, just a 5 mins drive to the airport. You have to pay €5 for the airport transfer though. The pool is currently under construction, not useful.

A little hard to find at first and far from any coffee shop or restaurant in a residential area, but super cute hotel with great service and fantastic vibes. Would definitely stay here again! Fastest internet I had anywhere in Italy. :)

Het is ongeveer 10 minuten van de luchthaven. Het is 30 minuten rijden naar het stadscentrum. De omgeving van het hotel is goed, de standaard is goed en het is schoon. Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen. Het is niet ver van een Chinees restaurant. Ik ben er gaan eten.

Helaas was de kamer kleiner dan ik had verwacht. Er waren wat gebreken toen we ons installeerden, maar die werden later verholpen. Het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende. Het is een beter hotel vanwege de ligging.

HhappycornIt's a really nice place next to the lake. Everything is clean, especially the breakfast is very good. It has its own parking lot, including the underground parking lot, so it is also very good for rental car trips.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the airport for transfers. However, it's a bit far from the airport itself, and besides the hotel shuttle, taxis are the only option. The downside is that the hotel shuttle service is infrequent with long waits between departures, and they charge 5 euros per ride.
The hotel facilities are comprehensive, but showing their age.
The breakfast is simple, but sufficient.
The staff's service attitude is excellent.
I would still choose Holiday Inn next time.

TtonyAs many have said, don't expect to walk there. After being scammed by another guesthouse, I booked this hotel nearby. It was very clean and the room was spacious, though the surroundings were a bit desolate. The front desk attendant looked like Sylvester Stallone, even had a tattoo on his arm, but wasn't very enthusiastic. The food downstairs was good quality, but not cheap; it cost us 84 euros for three people. The server there was very friendly. We booked an early morning airport transfer, which was perfectly on time and cost 5 euros per person. Overall, aside from the price, everything else was pretty good.

GGuest UserThere is NO service at this luxury hotel. First of all, WiFi didn’t work for the whole day. Secondly, at breakfast the staff challenged us whether we stayed at the hotel due to their system error. Facilities are really poor. When we go to the pool, the pool closes at 6pm. And staff just wanted to kick us out and got off work. Except for the pool, there is nothing else you can do at the hotel. Truly regret u booked this place

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel because I had an early morning connecting flight the next day. The front desk staff were very friendly and humorous. The tiramisu in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel design is quite modern and stylish, it doesn't look like a building from the 90s at all. The garden was beautiful, and I enjoyed exploring it.

GGuest UserCalimala is a new hotel, opened in July 2025. The room is very well designed, same as the reception area. One can park the car just opposite the hotel, quite convenient though the parking fee of 41euro is quite high! Breakfast and bar/swimming pool are set on the 2 top floors so that guests can enjoy the view and outdoor, a smart consideration indeed.

GGuest UserExcellent facilities, everything was very clean, and they offer housekeeping almost every day. There's a restaurant within the hotel with good prices. They also have laundry service, which was excellent for us. We really liked it, the only downside is that it's a bit far from the station, about a 10-minute walk.

__ZSH11310000308****This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Milan through Trip.com, without a doubt. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises. From check-in at the front desk to the room itself and the service, everything was perfect. The hotel even has its own parking, and the rooms come with a bathtub, which, though not huge, is perfectly functional. I highly recommend this hotel; it's the only one in Milan where I haven't been disappointed.

EElephant named BCan’t say enough about how attentive the staff is in this hotel and that truly makes the experience luxurious. We actually switched from a previously booked hotel to this as we randomly picked the hotel for brunch on our first transfer from Milan to Florence. The service was fantastic at the restaurant so we made the reservation for our night in Milan two days after.
It did not disappoint. The front desk was helpful and friendly at check in, trying to find ways to offer me with a better experience but we had to check out early the next day; housekeeper at evening service was courteous and asked me if four free bottle of water would be enough for the night. But the most impressive person was Zheng at the morning buffet. She must have seen our look that we were in a hurry and were in travel mode and she offered 1) a discounted price coz we didn’t take much food for the buffet; and 2) takeaway boxes for our breakfast to go for the train ride. She also offered extra water and banana!
Overall a really good stay and I wish i could stay longer

AAnonymous UserLocated in a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, next to Santa Sofia Metro Station, the hotel lobby is just across the street from the metro exit. Conveniently situated, it's a 15-20 minute walk or a two-stop tram ride to the cathedral and the city center. The front desk and hotel staff are patient and attentive; highly recommended.
