Hotels met Pools in Uttar Pradesh, India

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use. We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal. Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend.

Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations! I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price. Highlights: I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in. The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away. All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous. The breakfast selection was excellent.

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

Het hotel is zeker een beetje verouderd. Het beddengoed kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken, alles moet gewassen worden, het grote raam van de kamer dat niet open kan is ook een beetje vies, de deur naar de kleine badkamer opent naar binnen, wat een merkbare belemmering vormt bij het in- en uitstappen, en de tv is klein en wat traag. Maar drie punten waren een pluspunt: 1. De Taj Mahal is op loopafstand, letterlijk een paar minuten lopen, en het uitzicht op dit monument vanaf het dakterras van het hotel. 2. Het personeel is attent; ze zijn zorgzaam. 3. Naast het menu van het hotelrestaurant kun je ook gerechten bestellen bij het nabijgelegen restaurant Old England. Het is erg handig en biedt een goede selectie! Overigens was letterlijk alles wat we bij Old England hebben geprobeerd heerlijk! Er is ook warm water in de douche!

Goede dingen eerst 1. ruime kamers 2. Goed ontbijtbuffet 3. zwembad Moet dingen verbeteren 1. De geuren van de vloermatten moeten worden schoongemaakt. 2. De afrekenservice voor klanten moet worden verbeterd. Ik heb om verlenging gevraagd, maar wacht slechts 30 minuten. Ik moet een betere klantenservice bieden. 3. Problemen met de bagageafhandeling van klanten..te veel mensen, dus de bagagebalie weigerde de bagage te bewaren na het uitchecken.

Hotel location is convenient and room is spacious. One of the better hotel in Kanpur. However can do better with the wifi as we keep getting disconnected or unavailable. We stayed for only 2 nights, and both nights the electricity kept tripping 6-7 times. Will definitely not use the swimming pool as I saw in the morning a flock of pigeons bathing in it. Weather is hot so they need a cold bath. 😂

While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful.  The staff were very helpful.  Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great.

Ik vond dit hotel echt geweldig!) Vanaf het begin begroetten ze me hartelijk en hebben ze zelfs mijn kamercategorie gratis geüpgraded naar een superior kamer.) Bij het inchecken brachten ze als compliment een drankje en koekjes op een dienblad. 🙂 Zeer behulpzame en prettige service. Ik heb 's ochtends extra betaald voor het ontbijt - een buffet met een focus op Indiase gerechten, oké)) Ik raad het aan.)

The service and amenities of The Hilton Garden inn Lucknow are totally worth it. Breakfast was great and so was the pool. The rooms were squeaky clean and the staff was quick to serve. Great experience.
