De incheckregels zijn wel erg omslachtig... we moesten ongeveer 40 minuten in de rij wachten en de kamer was om 14:59 uur nog steeds niet beschikbaar.
De locatie is verborgen, achter een ander gebouw.
De kamer is prima.
De service van het personeel is 10/10.

Het ontbijtmenu is gewoon, koud en hard. De dori-vis is hard en koud, de pempek is hard, de kip met zoete pindasaus is net gado... de smaak is vreemd, je verliest er je eetlust van... sorry, er staat veel eten op tafel dat niet wordt opgegeten en dus wordt verspild... de bediening bij het ontbijt is niet vriendelijk, ze kijken nors en geïrriteerd... heel anders dan in eerdere recensies... er zijn maar een paar bewakers aan het werk... ze reageren traag als ze iets op de trolley willen hebben staan of als er iets niet wordt opgegeten.

The hotel is new and clean and is located very close to the airport. The help me with the shuttle two times and also it was great the possibility that it was possible to have breakfast very early in the morning due to Ramadan at 4 am I had early flight. Otherwise, no negatives the room is big and everything is great.

YYL Chin ACAAryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

WW.A.W.A.NHad a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive.
My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay here, especially since I was traveling with sick parents. Their service was incredibly fast in helping us check in, and they even provided a wheelchair. The hotel's service was outstanding, and the room and all facilities were excellent. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. The pool view was also very nice. Thank you to the hotel staff who helped make the check-in process smooth and easy.

JJastanWe had a wonderful experience staying at Santika Hotel. The room was very comfortable and offered a beautiful view. The receptionist and staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. One thing we truly enjoyed was the ginger tea served at the hotel lobby — simple but very comforting. Breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of choices, including many authentic Palembang dishes. A great stay overall.

YYL Chin ACARelatively newer in structure and design. Love the layout of the Family Room. Love the friendly staffs from the front desk to the concierge. Their wide variety of breakfast is nice and delicious....Its my 2nd time staying there....Highly recommended
