Halo auch: Service u auch das Personal waren freundlich u hilfsbereit! Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut u abwechslungsreich, allerdings für europäische Bedürfnisse nicht ganz so im Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel gut , nen bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ,abgewohnt. ,

My experience at Swiss-Belhotel Timika was genuinely smooth and efficient. When I needed to extend my stay, the staff handled it quickly with clear communication. And when I requested laundry service, they came straight to my room without any hassle.

I had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belhotel Cenderawasih, Biak, and it was a truly enjoyable experience.
The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, providing a great place to rest.
The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to assist with any needs. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more pleasant.
The food served at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, with a variety of options available for both breakfast and dinner. Every meal was satisfying and well-prepared.
Overall, Swiss-Belhotel Cenderawasih is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Biak, whether for business or leisure.

AAstroMikeOn Biak Island, the facilities and services of this hotel are top-notch! The location is also in the commercial center of Bialk, opposite the supermarket and KFC, Mandri Bank's ATM can also use UnionPay to withdraw money, saving credit cards. There are local food stalls on the other side, which are very convenient for shopping and eating. Breakfast is also quite rich, starting at four in the morning, it is said to be for the convenience of local Muslims. So this hotel is very suitable for business trips and ordinary travel. But the surrounding area of the hotel is noisy, the environment is a bit messy, not suitable for feeling the natural atmosphere of the tropical island, so I prefer the Asana hotel near the airport.
Service: The waiter can speak English, but has an accent and needs to be confirmed many times.
Facilities: The swimming pool is outdoor, not big, and the gym is OK
