Mooie moderne kamer, een mooie natte kamer, we zijn uit toiletpapier gelopen en er is geen andere links in de kamer. Het bed was erg comfortabel, haardroger, ijzer en kleding in de kamer.  Hotel brandalarm werkte zeker als we wakker waren om zeven uur om het gebouw te evacueren. Beveiliging was zeer snel om een soort probleem, de gast had kaars in een van de kamers gelicht. Gebruikte de zwembaddampkamer en de spa die gratis was.  Goede voedselopslag bij ontbijt met een goed uitzicht op de omgeving. Grote parkeerplaats gratis

Our room was spotless , a comfy bed and a good shower , the pool+ hot room area were really good, but for reference there are 3 (members only) aqua aerobics classes a week which use the whole pool , and whose participants’warm up’ prior to the class -so it’s very busy to the class , there are a great selection of (pre bootable )classes , treatments and a well equipped  gym (all obviously open to  members ) , the meal options are delicious, and the staff are charming

The swimming pool appeared quite big, although we didn't get a chance to use it. Our room was fairly roomy for two people, but with our group of four, it felt a bit crowded. It's worth noting that if you have heavy luggage, you might want to avoid booking a room on the top floor (second floor), as there are no lifts available in this hotel. The bathroom provided only shampoo and body wash, so you might need to bring or purchase your own conditioner. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Despite anticipating a traditional British offering, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety available, including English hot meals, a salad bar, a selection of cereals (there was Alpen!), milk alternatives (I particularly enjoyed the Oatly), and two coffee machines. Their breakfast was so impressive that I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again when I visit Colchester next time.

Ideal place for a short stay everything is covered great accommodation quite setting and lovely pool and games room good for all ages.

Great hotel with great location for getting to Stansted airport. The bar and restaurant were good and check out was easy.

Stayed overnight for a wedding in the area. Convenient online check-in & check out. Had to pay £20 for early check in. Parking was an extra £12 overnight. Great facilities including pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Plenty of choice at breakfast including dairy free milk. Friendly staff.
