Atendente completamente perdida no check in. No check out tentaram nos cobrar consumo no restaurante, sendo que nem sequer entramos no restaurante. No café da manhã anotaram um café a mais, sendo que estávamos apenas 01 casal. Porta do box não fechava, estando desalinhada e ao tomar banho molhava fora do box.

Atendimento no café da manhã e o café da manhã é ótimo! Limpeza deixa a desejar, tinha um rabicó cheio de cabelos do hóspede anterior no meu quarto. Check in é cedo (11 horas) e pedi se poderia ficar na estrutura do hotel logo após esse horário, porque estava chovendo, e fui questionada pelo atendente até que horas eu ficaria (insinuando que eu não poderia ficar muito tempo). Mas no final das contas fiquei por horas lá sem nenhum problema.

One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

Ssss_Very comfortable and luxurious hotel. The room is large and the view of the coast is beautiful. The location is wonderful and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was impeccable. The only thing that left a little to be desired was the acoustics between the rooms, I could hear other guests taking a shower and talking.

GGuest UserGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi. The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

GGuest UserI learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

EEvelin NilsenI had stayed at an Andrade chain in Curitiba, which was a terrible experience... It was really horrible, the hotel staff were very rude, the rooms were terrible... Anyway!!! Honestly, this one from Florianópolis surprised me on an extraordinary level...!!! It was wonderful, sensational, the entire hotel staff, WONDERFUL room, food, location and value. I simply loved it, the next time I go to Floripa, I want to stay at the same hotel!!!

JJOSIEL FOGGIATTOThe only negative point in the hotel is the acoustics, we spent the weekend and had a party next to it, which is no problem, but what disturbed was that we couldn't sleep because of noise, doors and windows don't isolate the sound that comes out! The hotel is very good, we like it quite.
