Pet friendly hotels in Missouri, United States

We picked this place for price and location. We didn’t expect to wake up to a broken hose on the toilet and all of our clothes soaked. They did give us a plastic bag to put wet clothes in… but no offer of even a partial refund.

We arrived at the hotel around 11am to store our luggage before going on a tour but the hotel was able to check us in with a different room type, which we gladly accepted. Thank you!

Een oud gebouw, de lift is ook vele jaren geleden. De kamer is groot, de meubels zijn vrij nieuw. Er is een koper microgolf koelkast en een wasbaan in de kamer. Ik wil iets te eten doen. Het is absoluut goed. De badkamer is ook groter. Er is een eenvoudige kledingkast, dat is dat het bed niet groot is. Twee mensen slapen een beetje hard, geen parkeerplaats, nu de deur voor de bouw, het is niet makkelijk om te parkeren.

We have stayed with Drury before, but different locations in St. Louis. This was our first time at the Arch location and won't be our last! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Best kickback yet! My son had a wonderful experience hitting up the Market for a late snack and the associate was soooo nice! They had microwaveable pizza and candy, perfect! Will Absolutely stay here again.

Awesome stay. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly! Right next to gas station. Very convenient.

Sehr angenehmes Hotelpersonal. Als der Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht funktionierte hatte sich umgehend jemand drum gekümmert. Lage in der Stadt ebenfalls gut.

Breakfast was ok for me, great for my husband. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

I had nothing but the best experience here. I booked online through a 3rd party, but when I called and talked to the front desk lady, she was extremely nice and made sure I had a room on the lower level due to mobility issues. I will definitely come back as soon as I can. I was also able to bring my small dog with me, which was even better.
