Great spacious clean room. Bed was comfy. Gym was huge with lots of equipment. Nice basic breakfast to start the day.

When I first arrived at 2 am I had requested a room via email the previous night to have a room on the ground floor and the the best option was the 4th floor and wasn't the room type I originally booked. Yey I was open to switching the room type I had to be on a lower floor. The receptionist told me they hadn't received my email request that I made through trip.com when I initially booked it. The room I was first given smelled like smoke so I requested another room which was on the 5th floor and had a nice view of the church across the street and was very spacious. The breakfast at 9 am offered waffles, fruit, a selection of teas, bagles and toast, grits and eggs and potatoes. Yet when I went they hadn't restocked their breakfast buffet and I decided to skip it as it wasn't looked after and messy. A bit disappointed for a Hilton ran franchise and I have been to a variety of Hilton branches. And I found a hair on one of my bathroom wash clothes. It was fine for a nights stay and the staff were were friendly. I would say it needs more love and care to hold up with other stays I had ran by Hilton

Very great location, clean room, just breakfast is normal nothing different

The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was amazing. Was like having our own little apartment for the night complete with fridge, microwave, sink and dishes, and even a dishwasher!! The room was spacious and the bathroom was immaculate with a walk in shower. The staff was super friendly and easy to deal with. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is the parking. Other than the limited parking ease, would recommend to anyone.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff were welcoming, nice, and very helpful! When my daughter could not find the bus stop and missed a bus, the front lady helped her so calmly to get an Uber, so that she was able to be on time. We really appreciate her perfect judgment. The hotel is close from the Metro, and located right across the beautiful library and within the walking distance to the Arch and the Union Station.

Our room did not have a remote to the tv. Then once we got a remote the tv still did not work. Our room was hot and would not cool down. When we arrived back to our room after being out and the room was still hot we called down and requested another room. Had to move to another room late at night. Also, while standing down waiting on our vehicle we heard lots of other complaints. Will never stay here again.

The hotel is clean as expected, staffs are friendly and helpful.

The place is very near most attraction place the gateway Arch. The room is so big and clean.

Nicely located, but also worn out hotel.
