A heavenly place with soul and stunning views ✨ We stayed at Divan Cave House in Göreme and didn't regret it for a second. It's a true fairytale amidst the stony streets of Cappadocia. The hotel captivates with its cozy terraces offering amazing views. It's like a postcard in front of you: hot air balloons, rocks, and valleys. A truly soulful place where you want to linger with a cup of tea. Special thanks to the staff. The guys are incredibly responsive. But the main gems of the hotel are the ladies – both at the front desk and in the restaurant 😍 Such a combination of beauty and humor is rare to find! It was easy and fun to chat with them; they radiated positivity from the first minute and created a homey atmosphere. Thank you for your smiles and jokes – you are the true stars of Divan Cave House! The rooms deserve a separate description. Everything is perfectly clean. The linen is fresh, the bathroom sparkles, yet the authentic charm is preserved. No dampness or dust, which is surprising for rooms carved into rocks. In short, if you want to experience Cappadocia with comfort and a smile, and not just 'sleep over' – this is the place for you. We will definitely be back! 🔥

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

A truly unique experience, a harmonious blend of host and guest! The hotel is located on the edge of Goreme town and is very quiet at night. To get there, walk to the roadside and then take a taxi (around 160-250 lira). The cave rooms are a local specialty, so they're inevitably dusty, but the cleanliness is excellent. They're not cleaned daily, and you can ask for missing supplies. The hotel breakfast is a set menu, perfect for enjoying the view. The owner recommended a nearby BBQ house for excellent value and excellent food! Highly recommended! After booking, you can ask the owner to help you book activities. I booked airport transfers, the Green Line, and a hot air balloon ride. The car picked me up at the door, and the prices were relatively reasonable. You could pay cash upon check-in, which was very worry-free. Because this B&B isn't a standard hotel, although the door lock and hot water were a bit tricky to adjust (the trick to opening the door is to push firmly, and the hot water is to start with a full cold water flow and then turn it to hot), the owner was very friendly and talkative. I had a wonderful three days in Kapa!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Sultan. The staff were amazing & helped us very much! A big shoutout to Darina, Yunus & all the rest who has helped us so attentively & replied to our messages whenever they can! One thing I would change about my trip is to make all my bookings with them! They actually have a list of vendors they worked with & in house tours which we can signed up for. We went for the Breakfast Tour & the Hammam at their sister’s hotel, both of it we absolutely loved. We would also like to commend Shams’ hospitality in guiding us on the Breakfast Tour, making our stay in Cappadocia such an enjoyable & restorative one ❤️

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout, providing detailed and thoughtful service. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options. The freshly made omelets, in particular, were the 'King of Turkey' – absolutely delicious and a real highlight every morning. A major convenience was the hotel's ability to book all local tours and activities (hot air balloons, Red Line/Green Line tours, ATV rides, etc.). The prices were reasonable and saved us the hassle of comparing and booking ourselves, making our travel plans much smoother. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

We booked 3 rooms for the 8 of us (adults, kids under 10 and an elderly). The location of the hotel was strategic, at the entrance of the Gerome city, with the eateries/shop just a walk away. The rooms were clean, everything in place, heater is working and top notch in everything. The buffet breakfast were also delicious, varieties of local food (you have to order eggs from them to be cooked) and a selection of juices and hot drinks. Even more, it has balcony that you can use to see the hot balloon in the morning or rest at night. The booking is easier with trip.com and we settled our check in and out in less than 10mins. This hotel goes a bit more in making sure their guests are comfortable and that is commendable.

Castle Cave Hotel was truly our first stop in Turkey, and it left us with wonderful memories! 🏨 1️⃣ The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastically introduced us to local sights and day trip itineraries, enriching our journey. 🤝 2️⃣ The breakfast buffet was amazing! 🧀🥗 There was a variety of cheeses, yogurts, and vegetables – healthy and fresh. Plus, there were many adorable cats in the courtyard 🐱; I hope the pregnant one delivers safely and healthily. 💖 3️⃣ The hotel's location is superb, very close to the hot air balloon pick-up point. The driver only takes about 8 minutes to get there, so you don't have to wake up too early – super convenient! 🎈🌅 4️⃣ Most importantly, the hotel's view! The rooftop offers an incredible vantage point with breathtaking scenery. 🌟 5️⃣ The hotel's location is also excellent. It’s a 2-minute walk to the main street, where you'll find restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, ATMs, and a bus station – all the amenities you need. 🍽️☕🍦💳🚍 One thing to note is that while some rooms have windows, opening them reveals the lobby instead of an outdoor view 😂. If the view is particularly important to you, I recommend confirming with the hotel before booking. 📞 Overall, Castle Cave Hotel is an excellent choice for accommodation in Cappadocia – it's both cozy and unforgettable. Goreme Cave Rooms & Spa is located right in the center of Goreme, very close to the bus station and popular attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to answer all our questions with a smile and in a gentle, courteous manner. The breakfast was delicious, and although the room was a little small, it was perfectly adequate for our needs.

The room was very satisfying, with underfloor heating that kept it warm no matter how cold it was outside. It was genuinely carved out of a cave, not a later construction. The hotel itself is quite large, especially since it has its own restaurant. The food was very much to Chinese taste; it was the best chicken and beef rice I had in Turkey. The only minor issue is that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary drinking water. I asked the staff for two bottles, and they charged me for them upon checkout. I'm okay with paying, but I'm not okay with them not mentioning it at the time and only bringing it up during checkout. Plus, I think providing daily drinking water for guests is something a hotel should do. I'd still rate it a 9.5; overall, I'm quite happy with my stay.

A fabulous and affirdable cave style hotel with a Turkish rooftop seating area overlooking stunning views of the town below. The staff were exceptionally helpful to organize and schedule a variety of outings from a hot air balloon ride to evening sunset horse rides and tours to visit multiiple famous attractions. The breakfast was delicious and the facility was cleaned well daily. Highly recommend!
