Hotels met Parking in Samarkand Region, Uzbekistan

Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, wisten we dat we een goede keuze hadden gemaakt. De eigenaar (of manager) zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelden en we waren zeer welkom. Dit is een fantastisch hotel, een budgetprijs voor een goede middenklasse accommodatie. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel, en zeer sfeervol ingericht, met veel aandacht voor detail. Sterker nog, het hele hotel, met name de keuken en de eetruimte, is een klein museum, met een aantal echt interessante objecten. De locatie is perfect, op 15-20 minuten van zowel de Registan als de bazaar. De buurt (de oude Joodse wijk) is rustig, met een prima supermarkt in de buurt. Al met al een zeer positieve indruk, die we van harte aanbevelen.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

Het hotel ligt dicht bij de toeristische attracties en is in principe te voet bereikbaar. Hoewel de weg voor het hotel nostalgisch is, is de tuin binnenin het hotel best mooi. De kamer is gewoon gemiddeld, net als op de foto van het kamertype dat je ziet, maar dat wil niet zeggen dat hij slecht is. Ik heb gemerkt dat hotels in Oezbekistan ook zo zijn. Over het algemeen zijn de openbare ruimtes goed ontworpen, maar de kamers zijn gewoon gemiddeld. Dat kan te maken hebben met de regionale stijl. Wat het ontbijt betreft, het is in principe een Russisch ontbijt, met pannenkoeken, sandwiches, kaas en worstjes. Voor Chinezen is het misschien niet hun smaak, maar dat ligt niet aan het hotel, het is tenslotte een regionale specialiteit.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Останавливались в начале января, отель понравился. Номер с теплым полом в ванной комнате, работает отопление - ночью спали с открытым окном, нам было даже жарко. Посторонних запахов в номере нет. Завтраки отличные, каждый найдет что ему нравится, есть терраса, предположу что в теплое время года там тоже можно позавтракать. Отдельно отмечу сотрудников отеля - очень добродушные, готовы помочь в любой момент.

Очень рекомендую для проживания данный гостевой дом, для тех, кто хочет еще глубже погрузиться в живописную самаркандскую жизнь. Расположение удачное, гостеприимные хозяева. Утром, когда вам удобно ,во дворе накрывают разнообразный завтрак, с домашними угощениями. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое. Дом находится в живописных самаркандских кварталах ,все достопримечательности в пешей доступности.

很漂亮，適合旅遊城市級，酒店距離景區1km，很方便，非常滿意的一次住宿！環境優雅，服務周到，設施新且齊全。交通便利，周邊美食多。五星好評，值得再來！

We hebben een paar dagen in dit hotel gebleven en hebben een aangename ervaring. Het hotel is nieuw, modern en comfortabel. Although it’s located a bit outside the city center (about 15 minutes by taxi, costing about 30 000 UZS), the area around it is quite charming – a newly developed park zone with music fountains, restaurants, photo spots, a water park, and channels. Het personeel was altijd vriendelijk en handig, en het ontbijt was verscheiden en aangenaam. Over het algemeen, een mooie en comfortabele plek om te blijven.
