La ubicación es excelente, frente a la costa, a menos de 2 km del centro de la ciudad y con supermercados en las proximidades.
El personal es amable y con muy buena disposición ante cualquier inquietud por parte de los huéspedes.
La habitación cuenta con mini bar y jarra eléctrica, lo cual resulta sumamente útil.
Las instalaciones son agradables y se encuentran en excelentes condiciones de higiene, particularmente el área de piscina climatizada que es sumamente disfrutable (la misma se encuentra a disposición de los huéspedes de 8:00 a 22:00 hs)
Cómo sugerencia, sería interesante que ofrecieran la opción de té completo en el horario de la tarde.
Si bien el hotel cuenta con restaurante, también existen algunas opciones en las proximidades que pueden salvarte de un apuro.
¡Definitivamente, un lugar para regresar!

Es una posada bella con todos los detalles cuidados.Está cerca de todo. Habitacion cómoda y bien ambientada,buena ducha ,hubo wifi en mi habitación además de los lugares comunes.El personal es amable y solucionan lo que les presentes.Lo único flojo es el desayuno y seguro pueden mejorarlo ( no hay dulces caseros, ni fiambres ni ensalada de frutas, el café muy lavado) Volvería sin dudarlo

Fui con una amiga, mi hijo y sus hijos. El hotel queda muy cerca de la terminal de ómnibus, y de la parte vieja de Colonia, para poder trasladarse caminando sin problemas. La piscina es preciosa para disfrutar con niños y el desayuno es muy completo.

Hotel is very nice, next to the beach and in a very quiet area. Excellent service, staff is trained really good. Room was amazing, with kitchen and large balcony. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure. Only thing is breakfast was repetitive, its exactly same every day, for short stay its okay, but would get boring if we stay more than 5 days...

A estadia foi muito agradável. Ficamos por 2 dias no fim de semana. O quarto é confortável, limpo e organizado. Banheiro também espaçoso. As meninas da recepção são muito gentis e atentas aos hóspedes. O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso. Há água saborizada, chá e água filtrada o dia todo disponível para todos. A localização é muito boa, dentro do centro histórico e onde tudo acontece. Da pra visitar tudo caminhando. Recomendo!!

The staff is friendly and very willing to respond to any concerns from guests.
The room has a mini bar and electric jug, which is extremely useful.
The facilities are pleasant and in excellent hygienic conditions, particularly the heated pool area, which is extremely enjoyable (it is available to guests from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
As a suggestion, it would be interesting if they offered the option of full tea in the afternoon.
Although the hotel has a restaurant, there are also some options nearby that can save you from a pinch.
Definitely a place to return to!

GGuest UserIt is a beautiful property with all the details carefully. It is close to everything. Comfortable and well-common room, good shower, there was wifi in my room in addition to the common places.The staff is friendly and they solve what they are present.The only flojo is breakfast and safe can improve it (There are no housewife sweets, no fibers or fruit salad, very washed coffee) I would surely come back

Todo el personal,desde Recepcion, Mucamas,Mozas del restaurant,etc fueron miy amables y serviciales en todo momento.
El desayuno,10 pumtos.
Variado, todo casero, exquisito todo.
Tambien la comida del Restaurant.
Utilizamos las instalaciones de la piscina interna,que estaban muy comodas.
La temperatura del agua,muy agradable.
Todo el personal del hotel colaboro para que nuestra estadia fuera muy disfrutable.
Enfrente del hotel,hay un pequeño.shoping,que incluye cafeterias, cine y farmacia,ademas de algunas tiendas de ropa.
Tambien,cambio de monedas.

There is tasty water, tea and filtered water all day available for everyone. The location is very good, inside the historic center and where everything happens.

GGuest UserNo conocía el hotel, me lo habían recomendado y fui por la ubicación, luego de alojarnos realmente no voy a ir a otro lugar en Colonia, todo es excelente allí, desde el trato incial en recepción, la limpieza, el orden, la distribución del hotel, el desayuno, las piscinas. Realmente uno de los mejores hoteles. Muy recomendable!
