Hotels met parking in Balikesir Province, Türkiye

Cleanliness: up to my expectations. Nice and neat design. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa but I had limited time and didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. Location: wonderful, in the city center so I could reach many places by walking. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I b Cleanliness: up to my expectations. Nice and neat design. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa but I had limited time and didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. Location: wonderful, in the city center so I could reach many places by walking. The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.

Normal accommodation for its price. Located in the historic center, 5 minute from the sea. It’s the old building so there are some limitations: only two socket per room, no warm water in the sink, little bathroom not very comfortable. But for one night it’s okay. The manager is very welcoming. Although there can be problems during check in as there is not pertmanent reception. So when you arrive you need to call the property. If you don’t have mobile connection it can be a challenge. So it’s better to get in contact with the manger in advance

Stayed here second time, because we loved the hotel, the location and convenience of it. The front desk staff changed this year, and we were unsatisfied with the attitude of the old guy at the front desk with a moustache. We don’t remember the name. His way of talking to the returning customers is not tolerable according to my experience. He has a way of looking down. Apart from the one single staff, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is plenty. One additional note, it seemed like they started to offer the hotel parking lot to not staying guests. So it is overparked.

A good hotel according to its price. He needs some maintenance. *** the meat as a location is good.

Great location a short walk to the main town. Breakfast was great every morning. Lots of stairs to get to the rooms

We had a good stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the aircon wasn’t working properly so it was quit warm in our room. Eventually at 23.30 they sent maintenance to our room to fix the problem. Eventhough it was hot we still enjoyed our stay. The spa was a nice experience and breakfast was perfect.

The city is between Istanbul and Izmir. I stopped and I was happy for my stay. It was good specially with the Turkish hammam , free parking outside the hotel and good food . The only bad thing was the water of pool was a bit cold and WC in room smell bad. Thanks for hotel team.

Everything is perfect except food (lunch and dinner) quality and taste! Rooms are very clean and professional personnels. Surely I will arrange another trip there soon
