I was informed that my booking was not paid when I have actually paid in advance through trip.com. The receptionist at that time was not very fluent in english so I had problems communicating. Thankfully they let me check in for the night but they said that I might need to pay during checkout tomorrow. I was very grateful that my sister was able to connect to the Trip.com customer service at Singapore and was able to resolve this issue. The other receptionist that I met during checkout was more fluent in English and was very helpful with helping us with the issue. I managed to resolve this and was able to enjoy my breakfast with ease

I booked the single room on the ground floor. Very spacious with a queen size bed. But at night the loud music from the club nearby can be heard. Other than that, location is excellent with loads of dining options and walkable to the shopping area. Also walkable to the largest mosque in Ankara. The breakfast spread is very delicious. The hotel manager, Sezgin, is very obliging and responsive. Nilufar at the reception is very helpful with information. I would stay here again if i return to Ankara.

Ik was zeer tevreden over de kamerfaciliteiten en de service tijdens mijn verblijf in het Green Park Ankara Hotel. De grootte, de ligging en het uitzicht van de kamer waarin ik verbleef waren erg goed. De kamer werd gedurende mijn verblijf van vier dagen ook regelmatig schoongemaakt. Vooral het personeel op de vloer was erg vriendelijk en voldeed snel aan mijn wensen. Ik merkte dat het hotel veel beter georganiseerd was vergeleken met mijn vorige verblijven. Het was zeer gepast om een ​​scheerset en een tandenborstelset op de kamer te hebben, naast producten zoals zeep en shampoo. Tijdens mijn vorige verblijven had ik veel last van het lawaai van andere gasten en van geluiden van buitenaf. Deze keer hoorde ik geen enkel geluid en voelde ik geen ongemak. Ik vond ook dat de medewerkers in het hotel attenter waren dan voorheen. Tijdens mijn vorige bezoeken was ik het meest tevreden over het ontbijt. Deze keer kreeg ik ook de gelegenheid om de lunchgerechten en de desserts te proeven. Het eten in het hotel was erg lekker en gevarieerd. Ik wil graag alle medewerkers bedanken.

Great location, walking distance from metro and many convenience store close-by. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room would benefit from minor uplifting though. Breakfast spread is definitely a plus

Our stay at Warwick Ankara was truly exceptional! The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need while in Ankara. The area felt safe and vibrant, perfect for both business and leisure. A special thank you to Salim at the front desk, who made our experience even better. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a more spacious and comfortable one. That gesture really made our stay memorable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was classy and elegant. The service throughout was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ankara. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, clean room, with a choice of smoking or non-smoking, which is convenient. Easy access to the airport. About a 20-minute leisurely walk to the airport entrance. Everything was great.

good hotel, good products. The hotel room is slightly old, but overall very good. It is a good location with many good restaurants in walking distance.

De kamer was erg mooi en de service was uitstekend. Er was een waterkoker, slippers, een koelkast en alles was aanwezig. Het eten in het restaurant was ook erg goed. Er was ook 24-uurs roomservice.
