Hotels met parking in Wellington Region, New Zealand

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the luggage storage service. It allowed us to leave our bags after checkout and explore the museum before our flight, which was very convenient. However, there were a few downsides. The hotel provides a washing machine as an amenity, but laundry detergent is not included. When we asked for it, we were told it costs $2 per capsule. Since we stayed for 4 days and packed light expecting to do laundry, this was a bit disappointing, especially as it’s a basic necessity for using the machine. Cleanliness could also be improved. The bin in our room was noticeably dirty when we arrived. Overall, the stay was decent due to the helpful staff, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

The room was really good for what we needed. Was just hard washing dishes in the bathroom. The lift was broken, which is out of your control, however it would have made it easier to be able to access the stairs. Other than that, thanks for the stay, would recommend

A hotel for the location really. Perfect for an early morning flight. The view out the windows to the construction area below isn't great, but you don't stay here for the views. Nice smooth check-in and check-out, even at 5am.

It’s a good hotel not far away from the center and the main streets. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. I honestly can’t understand the bad reviews, it was a more budget option and therefore not the Hilton. Only thing that has a bad taste is that the building got a fine because it’s “Earthquake Prone”.

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

From the moment we arrived in the hotel, we felt very welcome and all of the staff were top notch. Specially Kate who gave us a lot of information about the hotel and even suggested a good restaurant.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Marco at the front desk is very sweet and helpful. Hotel room and bathroom were very clean. A good value for your money.

It's our second time staying at this beautiful beautiful modern hotel, while the service ,customer service and location was great ,the rooms itself start showing the time ,while the room was fantastic, would do with a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning, still would highly recommend this place .

De kamer was schoon en netjes en ik was er zeer tevreden over. Een klein incidentje: toen we een kamer boekten via de Ctrip-app met de auto, bleek dat er gratis parkeergelegenheid was kon alleen afzien van het parkeertarief door rechtstreeks bij het hotel te boeken. Nadat Ctrip met het hotel had gecommuniceerd, bevestigde het meisje bij de receptie dat dit niet nodig was. Na het betalen van het parkeertarief werd ik na het uitchecken eraan herinnerd door mijn creditcard dat het parkeertarief in rekening is gebracht. Ik heb vervolgens met de klantenservice van Ctrip gecommuniceerd en het parkeertarief terugbetaald. Ik hoop dat dergelijke fouten zich in de toekomst niet zullen voordoen. Ik wil het personeel van de Ctrip-klantenservice bedanken voor hun actieve communicatie en tijdige antwoord vind dat de klantenservice van Ctrip uitstekend is. Het wordt steeds beter👍
