Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan, especially the ambience and hospitality. However, there are a few areas that require attention. Cons / Areas for Improvement: 1. Water pressure was quite slow, especially for the shower. When turned to hot water, the pressure increased, but once switched to cold, it became extremely weak. 2. There was water maintenance work happening during our stay. Although the hotel assured that everything was under control, it did affect our comfort while on holiday. 3. We noticed a small clump of dust on the floor. While it was minor, as we were staying with a 2-year-old toddler, it raised concerns as children tend to put things into their mouth. Housekeeping may need to be more thorough. 4. There should be better control of wild monkeys, especially around the parking area. I was chased and nearly bitten, which was quite frightening and unsafe for guests. Pros / What We Appreciate: 1. Excellent service recovery — I forgot to disable the “Do Not Disturb” sign but informed the front desk to clean the room. The housekeeping staff called first to ask for permission before entering, which shows professionalism and true 5-star service standards. 2. The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, clean, and very calming — truly breathtaking. 3. The beach is very clean and conveniently located right next to the hotel. 4. Large swimming pools (two pools available), so it never felt crowded. 5. Staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Conclusion: Hyatt Regency Kuantan has great potential with its beautiful location, facilities, and outstanding staff. With improvements in water system management, housekeeping checks, and wildlife control, the overall guest experience would be even better.

The studio unit located at the lower level, easy access to car park, but still have to use stairs/lift to go to the designated parking at upper level. Check out during peak hours and not easy to get the lift access. The agent called and sent message to remind the check out time. Good and lucky they consider a little bit late check out due to the heavy traffic at lift as well as parking area. Overall the building/environment is ok, but the pool decks seems need an improvement.

Het hotel en onze kamer waren geweldig. Maar het was totaal anders dan vóór de MCO. Er is geen zwembad/spelletjes/karaokeruimte meer, geen gratis massage en spa meer, geen butlerservice meer bij het ontbijt. Ook was er vroeger zelfs 's nachts een pendeldienst tussen Colmar Tropical-The Chateau, maar nu geen nachtdienst meer en waren we doorweekt van de regen. De Rabbit Farm & Organic Farm waren gesloten tijdens ons verblijf daar, we weten niet zeker of het permanent of slechts tijdelijk is

The hotel is located right next to the beach, offering a relaxing resort atmosphere. It has been refurbished, so everything feels modern and comfortable. The service from the staff is excellent, making the stay even more pleasant. There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you don’t have to travel far to find something to eat. Free parking is available, and valet service is also offered starting from RM68 per day for cars and RM48 per day for motorcycles. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable, though proper swimwear is required. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it for a relaxing beachside getaway.

I had a wonderful stay in Antara by Cobnb. Would definitely repeat and I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay in Genting Highlands to book this property. View is breathtaking, panoramic and unblocked, you’ll never get bored of. From my unit balcony, I could see the ice age roller coaster @ Genting Skyworlds Theme Park, cable car, chin swee temple, the curvy roads, other attractions in Genting and Kuala Lumpur city. Love that clouds are at eye-level, and fogs will come and go. In terms of amenities, since I got free upgrade to 3-bedrooms unit, it was equipped with kitchen utensils (pot, pans, knife, scissors, peeler, forks and spoons, chopsticks, plates, bowls, saucers, teapot, cups, glasses, jar), microwave, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator, induction cooker, iron and ironboard, hair dryer. TV, airconds and ceiling fans are available at living room and every bedroom. There’s also jacuzzi at the balcony. The interior is luxurious, clean and modern which I love so much. High-speed wifi is available too. To note, the amenities provided by Cobnb is of high quality!!

Great location which just in fromt of East Coast Mall. The room is nice, comfortable and spacious to stay. I stayed here during Ramadhan, so it’s easy to get food for Iftar at the shopping mall. The hotel also provide Sahur with variety of foods. However, the room can be improved especially in the toilet which got some black stains. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will repeat again.

Dit hotel overtrof mijn verwachtingen. De kamer was schoon, ruim en goed onderhouden. Het personeel was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en begroette me altijd met een glimlach. De locatie is strategisch, dicht bij Kuantan City en het strand. Er zijn genoeg goede eetgelegenheden in de buurt, die een verscheidenheid aan lokale en internationale gerechten bieden. Het hotel biedt alle voorzieningen, wat zorgt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Ik waardeerde de doordachte details zoals de sajadah in de tv-kast, waardoor het moslimvriendelijk is. De wifi-verbinding was stabiel en snel, wat perfect was voor werk en entertainment. De schoonmaak was efficiënt en hield de kamer tijdens mijn verblijf brandschoon. Parkeren was handig en gemakkelijk toegankelijk. De lobby van het hotel was gastvrij, met een aangename ambiance. Het in- en uitchecken verliep soepel en probleemloos. Het bed was comfortabel, waardoor ik heerlijk kon slapen. De airconditioning werkte perfect, waardoor de kamer koel bleef. De badkamer was schoon, met een goede waterdruk en warm water. De toiletartikelen waren van goede kwaliteit. Het hotel had ook een gebedsruimte, wat een geweldige toevoeging was voor moslimgasten. Het ontbijt was redelijk, met een mix van lokale en continentale opties. Over het algemeen is dit hotel een geweldige keuze voor reizigers die op zoek zijn naar comfort, gemak en goede service. Ik zou hier in de toekomst zeker weer verblijven.

Ik arriveerde rond 7 uur in de ochtend in het hotel. Ik sprak geen Engels, maar de dame die bij de receptie incheckte was erg geduldig, en de knappe man die werd geroepen om me te helpen bij het inchecken was dat wel. ook erg leuk. De kamer bevindt zich in een ander gebouw, maar ik voel me niet zo ver weg. Het uitzicht buiten het raam is erg goed, en 's nachts is er maanlicht, de benodigdheden zijn compleet en het badwater is geweldig . De lobby van het hotel heeft een kinderspeelplaats en een supermarkt. Het belangrijkste is dat het heel, heel dicht bij de Arena of Stars ligt, gescheiden door een weg straat. De roltrap in de lobby gaat naar de t****e verdieping. Loop gewoon naar beneden. Zelfs als het buiten hevig regent, heeft dit geen invloed op uw vermogen om de voorstelling op tijd te bekijken. Verderop in het theater zijn diverse plekken om te winkelen, dineren en uitgaan. Kortom, alles is erg handig.

The room is bigger than i expected. The service from the receptionist is so so so good, they explained very well about the room and share some suggestions to us for taking a good picture. The meh thing is the cleanliness is not in top notch service. The toilet bowl is so so so dirty, there is yellow stain a lot! The bath tub also was not in good condition. There is some mold at toilet. Please please please improve this problem. Not to forget that there is spider web at some lamp. For outside of the hotel, there are a lot of goose poop at road. I know the hotel isn’t the new hotel but i hope you will improve the facilities. For breakfast, i will give 2/5 because the food isn’t hot and the taste is kinda bland also doesn’t have a lot of options. Please improve the cleanliness thing first ya

Nieuw hotel, de geur van de renovatie is nog niet helemaal verdwenen. Het beddengoed was erg comfortabel. Echter, sommige faciliteiten die op de hotelborden stonden, waren nog niet klaar of operationeel, dus afgezien van slapen en eten was er eigenlijk niets te zien of te doen. Je moest naar de winkelcentra en hotels in de buurt van het casino rijden om iets te zien of te eten. Het is geschikt voor mensen zoals ik, die rust en stilte zoeken, maar niet voor mijn partner, die graag rondkijkt of winkelt.
