Мы были в этом отеле в апреле, как нам сказал хозяин это не сезон, поэтому на ресепшене никого нет, связь по вотсапу, заселились хорошо, меняли полотенца каждый день, за такую цену грех на что то жаловаться.

Met een verblijf bij Arvala Apartments in Budva bevind je je op een kwartiertje rijden van Budva Marina en Strand van Jaz. Dit appartement ligt op 23,2 km van Kotor-baai en op 22,9 km van Oude Stadsmuren van Kotor. Dit appartement biedt aparte rookruimtes. Enkele van de voorzieningen zijn een bagageopslagruimte en een lift. Ter plaatse heb je een beperkt aantal parkeerplaatsen. Doe of je thuis bent in één van de 15 klimaatgeregelde kamers met kitchenettes. Alle kamers hebben een balkon. Dankzij gratis wifi blijf je online, terwijl de tv met kabelzenders zorgt voor het kijkplezier. Bij de voorzieningen horen een bureau en een waterkoker.

Оставалась на 2 ночи с ребенком (ребенку досталось дополнительное внимание, за что огромное спасибо, он доволен!), все было супер! Очень чистые апартаменты, свежее белье, мягкая высокая кровать. Есть своя парковка. Рекомендую!

Het adembenemende uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit het hotel was ronduit betoverend. Wakker worden met het geluid van de kabbelende golven en kunnen genieten van een kopje koffie met uitzicht op het sprankelende blauwe water was een droom die uitkwam. De kamer zelf was elegant ingericht met een perfecte mix van comfort en luxe. Het personeel was ongelooflijk attent en deed er alles aan om mijn verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

The food was great, very clean and serene environment, very helpful and kind staff. A bit off the city centre but there’s a bus that comes every 1-2 hrs if you intend to use public transport, taxi’s are also available and can be arranged by the hotel staff at a very affordable rate. Value for money is guaranteed and the pictures on the site is exactly what it is. The rooms on the 2nd floor are awesome , gives you an amazing sea view

Все понравилось. Номера новые. Примерно третья линия, до старого города примерно 20 минут медленным шагом. Автобусная станция в 3 минутах ходьбы. Рядом есть рестораны и магазины. Хозяева очень доброжелательные. Рекомендую

EevilyachI travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva. We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable. We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room. Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened: 1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day. 2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do). The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working.

ייThis place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.

NNikki_7A good hotel near the beaches. There is a great Captain restaurant nearby where you can eat deliciously. There is only breakfast and bar in the hotel. We were comfortable. Unfortunately there is no storage space, everything was in the suitcases. And there is no cleaning room in the hotel, you need to go to Budva, there are 24-hour washing machines. The staff is polite and always ready to help. In general, only good impressions remain

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

GGuest User5 star rating for the hotel staff and their service. Front desk staff was welcoming, hospitable and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast has good options with open dining in front of beach. Room is clean, spacious, contemporary, comfy beds and regularly serviced. Bathroom has nice shape and enough space to move around. The rainshower and bathroom ammenities were superb. Room has balcony and has really nice view of beach front. Infinity pool in 1st floor was beautiful, only downside was it wasn’t thermo regulated so it was cold, nevertheless nice ambiance to chill. Overall our stay was exceptional.

GGuest UserIt was a good stay. The location is amazing for travellers with a car. Kotor is only about 40 minutes drive away, Budva city centre is just 10 minutes by car and Petrovac and Saint Stephen Island are also not far away. I requested a room with a view and got one. Although the view was not the best, the staff were very sweet and helpful. The apartment was very clean and met my expectations. However, the pool at the hotel is not big but if you want spa facilities they are located nearby. Picture of the view from my apartment is attached.
