This is hands down the best place I have stayed in Kep. From the moment I arrived, the reception was exceptional—the staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We decided to extend our stay for another three days because we really like the natural settings and the service provided . We enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of food provided. We will definitely come back to Kep again and stay with the resort.

I think the service was excellent. the Staff were very friendly. The pool is massive and so beautiful. My friend and I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a resort behind this resort, so there was music in afternoon so couldn't nap and also a rooster too which woke us up every morning. Kep beach is a 20min walk, so it's suggested to get a tuk tuk for 2 dollars. The onsite restaurant and Bar was perfect too. Our room bathroom isn't 100% concealed as there was a blind, also our bathroom door squeeked noises so when my friend and i used the bathroom it was noisy.

酒店位置非常好，建築風格是紅木/實木 的 東南亞風格，所以來住店的都是柬埔寨本地人。酒店全是獨棟的別墅房，或者排屋，沒有2樓的。總共大約13-14間客房，每一間都非常大，我們入住的雙床間連門口小院子整整有120多平米。客人少所以前台人員都記得你的住處，叫得出名字，服務很到位。早餐一般沒有國內那麼豐富。但旁邊就是海鮮市場了，所以這點無傷大雅

I stayed at PHKACHAN KEP BOUTIQUE and it was great! It's really near Kep Beach. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The staff were friendly and helped me a lot. I would recommend this hotel to others!

1. Het hotel is schoon, de service is goed. Veel bezoekers zijn in principe vol. Een beetje vochtig op de eerste verdieping.
2. Trip.com is een vals nieuws, er is een keuken gemarkeerd, maar er zijn geen hotelkamertypes en de hotel manager heeft ons ook laten zien wat ze hebben geregistreerd. Het is niet duidelijk waarom Trip.com misleidt. Dus de zeevruchten die ze van de markt van de kruiden zijn gekocht, kunnen niet worden verwerkt, het is zeer verbazingwekkend.
3.De verschillende prijzen van Trip.com zijn in feite geverifieerd als hetzelfde kamer met hetzelfde kamertype, een kamer met drie personen ontbijt, een kamer met twee personen, mijn bestelling is drie personen, maar in feite hebben er twee personen en het hotel heeft nooit drie mensen ontbijtberichten.
4.Omdat de verkeerde berichten van Trip.com onmogelijk zijn te verblijven, kan Trip.com een dag voorafgaand aan de vertrektijd beweren dat het niet kan verblijven. Het hotel stemde niet in, maar ik was op de receptie, het hotel stemde volledig in en kreeg geen bestellingsbedrag, dus het geld was van Trip.com, en heeft niets met het hotel te maken. Uiteindelijk is er nog geen compensatie ontvangen voor een terugbetaling van de terugbetaling en een symbolische terugbetaling van 36 dollar.

오션뷰를 감상할 수 있는 숙소였고 캄보디아에서 가장 핫플인 The Wave라는 카페가 가까워서 도보로 이동 가능한 점이 좋았습니다. 리조트가 바다 인근이여서 일출 일몰 전부 즐길 수 있는 곳이고 음식이 맛있어서 추천합니다. 직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 따뜻했습니다. 다만 숙소 퀄러티가 신식은 아니다 보니 모던한 스타일을 찾으신다면 실망할 수도 있으나 프랑스식 오래된 건물의 뼈대는 남겨 리모델링을 하여 프랑스 풍 옛건물의 정취를 느낄 수 있었습니다.

Clean hotel with spacious rooms, featuring a walk-in closet and a magnificent sea-view balcony. The pool is great. The staff were amazing — especially Sophath, who personally helped us with an excursion to Bokor and tickets to Siem Reap.
On the downside, the hotel is difficult to find on Grab, but this is a minor inconvenience.

DDean Toone2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped.
Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle.
Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge.
To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts.
Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.

GGuest UserSaravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

LL EFWe were nicely welcomed and checked in very easily. The bungalow was quite roomy, a little hot but we had a mobile fan that was just enough. We were right in front of the swimming pool which was accessible even at night so we had one last dip to refresh before going to bed. The vegetation between the bungalows made for a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

JJura thé bratI cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience.
If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well.
Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

GGuest UserThe plus side is that it's next to the pier where you depart for Rabbit Island. Breakfasts at the hotel are sometimes ordered individually from their menu, and other times they prepare a buffet. The food is so-so, and the drinks aren't great. They speak English very poorly. The hotel itself is clean, but it's next to a residential area and the roosters crow. After 8 PM, it's quiet and nothing is open around there. There's a pool, and it feels secluded and hidden from everyone. The rooms are spacious. We wouldn't go there a second time…

GGuest UserThe hotel is managed by French, has Chinese service and is very enthusiastic. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the layout of the rooms is perfect, elegant and not lost, and the service is attentive, making people extremely comfortable. Everywhere I am so hard, today is 30, and I will give us a few Chinese guests to celebrate the Chinese New Year. The price is also very reasonable. Next time I travel to Baima, I will stay at this hotel.

GGoldhammerThe hotel is located a little far off from the town and also the beach (that’s pretty much the only „downside“). Nevertheless it is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at. I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience absolute piece in Cambodia. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooftop pool is gorgeous and the breakfast is delicious. Most importantly the staff is extremely friendly and super helpful. I will definitely come back!
