The hotel's location is within walking distance from the top entrance of the Baha'i Hanging Gardens, which is very convenient. The room is not big, but clean and comfortable. The staff's attitude is also very good. Breakfast costs 75 shekels per person. Although it doesn't have a lot of content, it tastes good. You can ask the service staff to make coffee alone. The overall feeling is good. The night view is also beautiful at night.

The hotel is overall great and should be the best hotel in Haifa. Breakfast is very rich, there is a charge for the parking lot downstairs, the room has a balcony, facing the harbour, below is the sky garden. It was a lot of hours for us to wait for more than an hour in the afternoon. This is very uncomfortable.

GGuest UserOur arrival/check in staff member wasn't so friendly or nice. The rest of the staff throughout our stay were very helpful and nice. The facilities were very clean and were in excellent shape. The shabbat lunch wasn't as good as the rest of the meals. The food for the rest of the meals was excellent. The signs on the 5 km walk need to be more clear throughout the entire walk. The hotel needs to move towards being more ecological: for example: in the room showers you should have nice dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner. No more single little plastic bottles. You should provide a water dispenser to refill paper cups instead of plastic cups.

阿阿兰胡埃斯史万岁The wealthy area on the top of the mountain is uniquely located, and there is nothing to be around. The Bay View Room is very satisfactory. The price is very good, the attitude of the hotel staff is also good! The breakfast was very good, I liked their aunty, and the salad was delicious. I will stay in Haifa later. The only trouble is that Ctrip has already paid online, but said that it has not received the payment. After that, Ctrip contacted Booking and said that it was the reason for the recipient.
