Mijn recente verblijf in Hotel Santika Premier in Padang, West-Sumatra, was ronduit uitzonderlijk. Vanaf het moment dat ik de lobby binnenstapte, zette het warme en attente personeel de toon voor een onvergetelijke ervaring. De strategische ligging van het hotel maakte het gemakkelijk om de stad te verkennen en de conciërge was instrumenteel in het verstrekken van waardevolle lokale inzichten en aanbevelingen. Wat het meest opviel tijdens mijn verblijf was de onberispelijke service. Het personeel deed er alles aan om een ​​naadloos en plezierig bezoek te garanderen. Hun oprechte vriendelijkheid en professionaliteit voegden een persoonlijk tintje toe waardoor Hotel Santika Premier aanvoelde als een thuis ver van huis. Concluderend overtrof Hotel Santika Premier in Padang mijn verwachtingen in elk opzicht. Voor degenen die op zoek zijn naar een eersteklas accommodatie-ervaring in West-Sumatra, is dit hotel een eersteklas keuze.

Staff friendly, the room clean, the service good, it is worth staying here. They also has variety of food, dessert you can choose for breakfast. Thank you for having us mercure hotel.

The location very in the middle of the city, near to the grand mosque that very popular in Padang west sumatera. Very closed to public area such a mall and others frenchise stores. Breakfast menu was worth it, tast just okay.

Overall everything is good.Clean.Fast service.Friendly staff and good welcoming from them especially from Miss Nada from the front counter.Breakfast is really good with variety of Indonesian foods.Thank you Santika Bukit Tinggi

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness inside room really need to be improved a lot. I got bath towel with stain and visible stain insode the bathroom near the sink. TV was not working and the TV's screen got something on the surface. However, the variety of foods during breakfast buffet was good. My first and last time stayed at this hotel.

The room was really spacious but could see there was the room not clean properly with dust and hair on the floor. Will be good and better if the room is cleaned properly.

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

Big hotel. Wifi unstable. Breakfast is good. Location a bit away from the main town.
