We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

towel, air minuman, sampah, kemas cadar boleh tukar/dapat hari-hari. room services was excellent. receptionist helpful. flight early in the morning 5 am, kami tak dapat breakfast di hotel. jadi receiptionist sediakan makanan berbungkus dan air untuk kami bawa ke airport. nasi goreng, ayam sambal, keropok, sayur memang kenyang. recommended untuk stay hotel ni. free breakfast hari-hari ada menu sama, ada juga menu yang bertukar. pilihan makanan pun banyak. facilities pun banyak. hotel near to convenience store (indomaret). grab/gojek boleh reach hotel ni, jadi nak order makanan or from/to airport boleh. sejam shj ke airport.

Secara keseluruhan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini cukup baik. Pelayanannya ramah dan stafnya bersikap sopan kepada tamu. Namun dalam beberapa situasi terlihat bahwa ketika ada hal yang tidak mereka ketahui, kebingungannya cukup terlihat sehingga informasi yang diberikan kurang meyakinkan. Mungkin ke depannya bisa ditingkatkan lagi dari sisi pelatihan staf. Untuk fasilitas hotel secara umum tergolong lengkap, bersih, dan nyaman. Area kamar maupun fasilitas lainnya cukup terawat sehingga memberikan pengalaman menginap yang cukup menyenangkan. Namun ada beberapa catatan khusus untuk tipe kamar rooftop. Pada bagian kamar mandi, area toilet duduk terpisah dan tidak dilengkapi exhaust fan. Walaupun terdapat ventilasi, bau dari area tersebut masih cukup terasa sehingga agak mengganggu kenyamanan. Selain itu, fasilitas TV juga beberapa kali mengalami kendala karena koneksi WiFi yang sering gagal tersambung ke TV. Koneksi WiFi untuk penggunaan biasa juga terkadang mengalami gangguan atau galat. Hal lain yang perlu diperhatikan adalah pada bagian balkon kamar rooftop. Balkon tidak memiliki penutup seperti hordeng atau tirai sehingga terasa cukup terbuka. Selain itu, kedap suara kamar kurang optimal sehingga suara dari lapangan di luar masih cukup terdengar dari dalam kamar. Untuk akses menuju lokasi hotel, agak membingungkan karena tidak terdapat plang atau penanda hotel yang cukup jelas di area sekitar. Selain itu, petunjuk dari Google Maps juga sempat mengarahkan ke lokasi yang kurang tepat sehingga beberapa kali tersasar sebelum akhirnya menemukan hotelnya. Akan lebih membantu jika tersedia penanda yang lebih jelas di area sekitar. Terlepas dari beberapa kekurangan tersebut, secara umum hotel ini tetap nyaman untuk menginap. Dengan sedikit peningkatan pada fasilitas, konektivitas internet, serta penunjuk lokasi hotel, pengalaman menginap tentu bisa menjadi jauh lebih baik.

Pullman Bandung Grand Central is one of those places that quietly reminds you what good hospitality feels like. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm professionalism that made everything flow easily. The lobby was bright and elegant without feeling distant. The staff were attentive and warm, not in a scripted way but genuinely present. That kind of energy sets the tone for the whole stay. The room was spacious, modern, and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view opened to the city and the hills, and at night the lights of Bandung felt almost poetic. After a long day of meetings and movement, it was the perfect space to slow down. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and a touch of local flavor. Sitting by the window with coffee in hand, watching Bandung slowly come alive, became one of my favorite moments each morning.

Ze laten een positieve en behulpzame indruk achter. - Kindvriendelijk zwembad: Het zwembad is perfect voor kinderen, met een ruime zone en een kleine waterval die bijdraagt ​​aan de sfeer. - Voldoende kamerfaciliteiten: De kamer is vrij ruim met koele airconditioning en snelle wifi. De sfeer in de kamer is comfortabel, ondanks een paar kleine minpuntjes. - Parkeergelegenheid: Vanwege de beperkte parkeergelegenheid biedt het hotel valetparking aan, wat erg handig is. (Verbeteringen) - Kamerhygiëne: Ik vond veel kleine mieren op het tv-meubel, het bureau en het plankje met het koffie-/theeapparaat, terwijl er geen eten aanwezig was. Dit was erg storend voor mijn verblijf. - Onvolledige kamerbenodigdheden: Bij het inchecken in kamer 219 kon ik geen badmat vinden. Na twee keer vragen werd er uiteindelijk een gebracht, maar zonder excuses of uitleg. - Badkamerhygiëne: De badkamervloer was extreem vuil met haren van vorige gasten. Bovendien stond er water voor de badkamerdeur, waardoor de badkamer onprettig was. - Staat van meubilair en faciliteiten: Het tapijt in de kamer was erg stoffig en rook vochtig, wat erop wees dat het slecht onderhouden was. Het behang was zwaar beschadigd. - Er zaten ook haren van vorige gasten op het beddengoed en de kussens waren erg vuil, bruinachtig geel, plat en roken naar zweet. - De staande lamp in mijn kamer werkte ook niet. - Sportfaciliteiten: In het fitnesscentrum waren diverse apparaten kapot, zoals de loopband en de gewichten. Deze zouden onmiddellijk gerepareerd moeten worden om te kunnen blijven functioneren. - Toestand van het zwembad en de doucheruimte: De voegen van het zwembad waren bedekt met mos, wat een slechte indruk gaf. - Ook de doucheruimte was niet in goede staat. De deur sloot niet goed en de vloer was vies en bezaaid met afval. Over het algemeen heeft Hotel Amaroossa Bandung veel potentie met comfortabele faciliteiten, met name voor gezinnen met kinderen. Het hotel verdient echter meer aandacht voor hygiëne en voorzieningen om een ​​comfortabeler verblijf te garanderen. Good Point : Akses menuju lokasi cukup mudah jalanan bagus, parkiran luas, staff sangat ramah, ada dispenser air minum, ruangan bersih, wifi berfungsi, bisa komunikasi via WA kapanpun untuk tanya atau request amenities, kamar bersih dan nyaman, tv berfungsi, ac berfungsi, kamar mandi bersih, ada hair dryer Point to Improve : Water heater kamar mandi kurang hangat, sempat mati lampu sebentar saat pakai hair dryer tapi staff gercep untuk cek dan nyalain lag, tembok agak tipis jadi bisa kedengeran suara orang ngobrol di sebelah (harap menjaga volume suara 🙏🏻)

This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues. We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles. Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room. Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour. I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

If you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV. The stafs is really nice and helpful.
