"I have stayed at Danubius chain in Budapest before, Helia which is a spa hotel. This is more of a business location being beside the Puskas Arena and the M2 subway line and the 1 Tram line which gives multiple transit options if not using a hire vehicle or taxi. Breakfast was very decent, service attentive and professional. The room was clean with a few minor issues ie bathtub not draining quickly, furniture showing age (I understand so not an issue) and the facilities very good for my purpose - large gym with all required equipment, smaller pool but still permitted laps and a sauna all of which I used each day. As my last day had me leaving before breakfast, I was provided with a takeaway bag. All much appreciated. Front desk very helpful and kind. I enjoyed my stay very much."

GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived, hotel team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail and the kindness shown to us throughout our visit. Due to a flight baggage delay, we were anxious about our journey in Budapest. He was very patient to explain what we can do and the hotel would try to help to collect my luggage when BA delivers the missing baggage to hotel. Every request was handled promptly and thoughtfully, making us feel truly valued as guests.
In day two, another front desk staff helped to received the baggages with detail correspondence, this action helped me to do the claim with airline. He was amazingly thoughtful and concidered all my concerns to this matter.
At the end of my stay, my family left a backpack in the lobby and called the hotel to find it, the front desk staff quickly helped me to locate my backpack, kept it for my collection. I can’t say more to express my satisfaction to your whole team.
Your team’s dedication and passion for providing excellent service made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. It is clear that you take great pride in ensuring your guests have the best possible experience.

GGuest UserAn excellent hostel! It's clean and safe, and the kitchen and bathrooms are spacious and spotless. It's much better managed than any other hostel I've stayed in! The front desk staff are also very helpful when you encounter any issues.
A special thanks to Mimi from the staff for her help! I didn't have cash and couldn't pay for the bus with my card, so the kind Mimi gave me an unused transportation card 😭. She truly saved my day! Mimi is the definition of a beautiful person with a kind heart! Haha, I wonder if it's appropriate to post her picture here? But she's really amazing! This hostel is great too! Highly recommend staying here.

I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule.
The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after.
The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

MMeowMeowMeThe hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay. The hotel breakfast was great, and the staff were quick to replenish food. The location is excellent, within walking distance to two major attractions: Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle. If you walk a bit further, you can see the Parliament Building and Chain Bridge at night. The only downside was that on the last night, the couple next door were, uh, *very* loud, and it sounded quite painful. I'm pretty sure the whole building could hear them...

GGuest UserBy far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will not be coming back when I return to Budapest.
First thing was the booking details, which clearly stated ”1 full bed”. However when I got to the hotel room, there were two TINY beds instead. If I laid perfectly straight on these beds, my arms nearly fall off the sides. I go to reception and the blonde woman who was there at 11:10pm on Wednesday May 20th told me ”we don't have any large beds in Hungary, we just push two small beds together.” This is a lie, I had just spent 8 days in Budapest at the Park Plaza (also a 4 star hotel) and I slept in a single very large bed every night. When I mentioned this, she just shrugged. No apologies.
Why does this matter? Two mattresses pushed together creates a gap that results in aggravating back pain, especially for anyone with spine misalignment like I have. I booked this hotel to go to the airport energized and refreshed, instead I get to go on my international flight exhausted with extreme back pain.
Second issue was the water, the absolute hottest that it got was lukewarm. I asked reception about this issue too, same woman said she'd look into it. It was never fixed, no apologies for the inconvenience again. The room was hotter than the ”hot” water.
The only positives about this hotel were the decent breakfast and free airport shuttle, but I'd rather have spent $8 on an Uber and had a full bed as promised. I'll be staying at the Ibis Styles or TRIBE next time. They probably don't lie about their rooms.
