I highly recommend this resort for a family stay. The team is very friendly and welcoming. The sandy beach, wide variety of food, and beautiful green areas are big plus points. A golf cart is available to assist with distances, and a shuttle (taftaf) runs every 15 minutes to and from the beach. Housekeeping is excellent and consistently maintains a high standard.

A truly unforgettable stay at Stella Grand Hotel! This wasn’t our first time at Stella Grand, but it was by far the most special — we were celebrating my son’s birthday! The staff went above and beyond to make it memorable, surprising us with thoughtful touches and cheerful smiles every day. The kids truly enjoyed! The animation team deserves a special shoutout — they are so kind and full of energy. And for the adults? The food is absolutely delicious, the pools are crystal clean, and the gardens are beautifully maintained. Thank you, Stella Grand, for making our family holiday so magical. We’ll definitely be back!

Five-star recommendation! Going out is the beach, the balcony faces the sea, rising in the morning to watch the sunrise on the sea, the environment is clean and comfortable, the service is intimate, and the holiday is the first choice. The sea view exceeded expectations, the room was clean and tidy without damp smell, a few steps downstairs to the beach, the price was full, and I would stay next time.

De plek is prachtig en rustig. De kamer is mooi en heel schoon. Het eten is erg goed. De zee heeft een zandstrand zonder rotsen. Eerlijk gezegd hebben we er enorm van genoten en al het personeel, zonder uitzondering, was buitengewoon behulpzaam.

Location is very good from Cairo ~1:15 hours. Sea water is shallow and boring for swimming. Staff are super friendly (special thanks to Mr Mohamed, the resturant manager). Facility is clean and prestigious but with few resources (one swimming pool, and one resturant). Service is very good. Nearby supermarket, but pharmacy is faraway. Not very friendly for baby strollers/wheelchairs.

The environment of the hotel is very good. After arriving at the hotel, I decided to stay one more night and upgraded to a sea view room. The room is big but the equipment is relatively old and simple. Breakfast and dinner are good. The hotel is all locals, very friendly, and there are The activity arrangement is good. On the second day, our child's throat became irritated and caused fever. The hotel also had a doctor who prescribed medicine for free, and also introduced the Cairo hospital to us. Thank you very much. When we arrived in Cairo, we were worried and went to the hospital. The hospital doctor agreed with the hotel doctor's diagnosis and medication. The child recovered the next day. Thank you very much! By the way, the doctors in the hotel and Cairo Hospital did not discriminate against us because we were Chinese and had a fever. They did not even wear masks deliberately, or even disagreed with our request for virus testing. In this terrible period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, it is very valuable. thank you very much! The hotel amenities were quite good enough to stay inside without going somewhere else. I am really admired by the front desk officers, cleaning, pool and aqua staff who were supportive and friendly ppl. The only neutral comment is that the food was normal and location is not by the sea side.

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.
