Het inchecken verliep snel en efficiënt, maar het personeel kwam onvriendelijk over. Het uitchecken was vergelijkbaar: onze kaart werd aangenomen, we kregen te horen ”oké”, en dat was het. Geen ”dank u wel”, geen vragen over ons verblijf, wat niet erg gastvrij aanvoelde. Het bed was extreem klein en duidelijk versleten; je zakt er meteen in weg en het matras lijkt aan vervanging toe. Het tapijt zag er vies uit en de gordijnen hielden weinig licht tegen, waardoor de kamer zelfs 's nachts vrij licht bleef. De algehele hygiëne was acceptabel, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering.

Excellent location: right next and connected to the Viru Keskus mall, and there are bars and a museum in the hotel. The building feels a bit dated (the building walls), but everything else was in excellent condition and looked new and clean. I had a very comfortable stay with a good sleep on the most comfy bed. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-in. The queue moved a bit slow due to each guest having to fill out a form (the standard name, phone, address, signature). I think eliminating this process would speed up check-in for everyone.

I have to check in and take the key at the other hotel. I didn’t know that from the beginning so it wasted my time a little bit. The room is nice. Near old town but my room is next to the road so I can hear everything outside and it bother me while sleeping. But for this price and the room is good and makes sense.

Останавливалась в этом отеле уже 3 раз и этим всё сказано. Чисто, комфортно, тепло, уютно. Очень благожелательные люди на ресепшн. Очень удобные матрасы, подушки. Есть чайник в номере. Завтрак не большой, но очень вкусный и в отличной подаче. Можно завтракать и на улице. Расположение, рядом парк Кадриорг и остановка трамвая в центр. Единственный нюанс это то что в некоторых номерах окно может не открываться. И это действительно важно

Dit was de duurste accommodatie die ik tijdens deze reis door Europa heb gehuurd. Het was een viersterrenhotel, dat naar mijn mening aan de basiseisen voldeed. De kamer was erg schoon en de meeste voorzieningen waren compleet. Het hotel lag dicht bij de oude stad en de bioscoop van Tallinn lag recht tegenover het hotel. De receptie was zeer attent en gastvrij, en het ontbijt was ook goed. De badkamer was vrij groot, met een aparte douche en toilet, maar de kamer zelf was wat klein. Met 20 tot 25 vierkante meter zou het perfect zijn.

All good experience. Convenient to Railway and Ferry Terminals . 10-15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast had all the expected buffet choices. Room was cramped. Ensuite shower, WC and Basin can best be described as economic. So small I bumped my head on the door when ascent to toilet. Adequate for overnight stay. Emergency Stair lead to a dead end full of stored items which blocked any emergency egress.

Rooms are clean and comfy and hotel even has a covered swimming pool !! 4 mins walk to the famous Old Town and 1 min walk to the Rotermann City. Really convenient and spoilt for food choice. Good exercise for any one wanting to explore Tallinn.

Dear sirs, Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all, how we could fit that room???? Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!! Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ?? Thanks in advacne, Brgds,Petri kalkkinen

Het is geen 5-sterrenhotel. Sinds januari is het een 4-sterrenhotel. Maar voor deze service zou ik er maar 3 sterren voor geven. Ten eerste was de kamer te klein, piepklein. Er was geen ruimte om mijn koffer op de grond te zetten. Het meubilair was oud, bekrast en sommige hoekjes waren kapot. De schuifdeur van de kast werkte niet. We hadden geen douchegel. Alles was karig. Tubes shampoo, conditioner, enz. - slechts 1 voor 2 personen. Ik moest om meer vragen. Het ontbijt was meer dan middelmatig. Niet veel keus. Er is overdag maar één persoon bij de receptie. Geen ander personeel. Ik moest mijn zware koffer zelf 6 of 7 treden naar de lift dragen. Er is niets in het hotel - geen sauna, zwembad, enz. Het restaurant was alleen voor ontbijt. Geen gratis luchthaventransfer. Het enige pluspunt - de nabijheid van de oude stad.

This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.
