Hotel is located near to central station with a shopping mall, and cafes surrounding it. Very convenient. Speedy check in and staffs were friendly. There's luggage storage available which requires payment.

We had a nice big room with beautiful nature view. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve enjoyed the adults only spa (even it costs in addition). The roof top pool is amazing and the service was excellent. We would book it again.

這家可以提前入住，第一間房窗外是施工手腳架，換了第二間沒有wifi信號，正巧我的流量卡用完了，衹能在走道處理事情，換了第三間有wifi信號。服務員都挺好的吧，幫我處理好房間，沒有推諉。這家難得有健身房，早上去沒人，雖然器械不多但是能用。有免費咖啡。有毛巾、沐浴露洗髮水二合一，自備牙刷。

Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til.

very friendly and clean place

Excellent location and very spacious but room was admittedly dusty and could be better on cleaning. My card also failed three times and I had to keep going to the concierge to get it reset; they eventually gave me key cards of another design which worked.

Het hotel is perfect gelegen nabij het stadscentrum, op loopafstand van het centraal station. Er is voldoende zitgelegenheid bij de receptie, er is bagageopslag beschikbaar toen we vroeg aankwamen en de kamer nog niet klaar was. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en gastvrij en ik kan ze op geen enkele manier verwijten. De kamer is zeer schoon, maar het is veel kleiner dan ik had verwacht, geen plek om te lopen. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig continentaal en ze serveren alleen roerei, geen worst of andere warme gerechten. Het is een geweldige plek als je gewoon een goede nacht in het stadscentrum nodig hebt

Fabulous in every way. From our arrival in the late afternoon when Alexander on Reception welcomed us with a smile and the key to our room to our departure two days later again with a genuine smile and wave goodbye we felt well looked after. Our room was lovely, clean and warm. My request for a room away from the lift was acknowledged and followed … and whilst we didn’t have a ‘view’ as such .. it was just nice to be able to open the door to the small balcony to allow fresh air in when we wanted to.  The room was styled in a simple modern Scandi Style and the bed, pillows and duvet so very very comfortable .. one of the best beds I have slept in in Europe so far.  And a REAL plant .. a sweet touch.  My only one slightly unsmiley face .. the shower over a bath tub .. great shower, good water pressure, but you have to climb into and out of the bath tub which could be challenging for some.  All in all a fabulous hotel, comfortable clean stylish room, friendly helpful staff… oh and the most wonderful breakfast (included) .. would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I am in Aarhus.
