I had a long layover at Ürümqi International Airport—my first time there—and booked this hotel the night before. It was very easy to find; you don’t even need to leave the airport. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the exit gate. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and appeared to be in a newly built or recently renovated hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my short stay. Breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice bonus. I managed to get a solid 8 hours of incredibly comfortable sleep—something I really needed during my layover. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you have an overnight layover at Ürümqi. Convenient, clean, and restful.

Dit is mijn t****e keer dat ik hier verblijf. Het is handig om door het trainingsgebied te reizen. De hotelomgeving is schoon en netjes en de faciliteiten zijn compleet en nieuw. Het beddengoed is comfortabel en u kunt slapen tot het ochtendgloren. Het bedienend personeel is warm en attent en reageert op alle verzoeken. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en heerlijk, en de prijs/prestatieverhouding is zeer hoog. Ik zal de volgende keer weer komen. Ophaal- en terugbrengservice op de luchthaven: De chauffeur heeft een zeer goede instelling bij het afleveren aan de deur.

Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing.

This hotel was an excellent choice on my first visit to Kashgar. It's located outside the Kashgar City Walls, but close to the East Gate (the water gate is even closer, and the closest is through the Kashgar City Hall😊), and the Kurun Tower is right next door. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which was a huge plus. The room was so comfortable that I had no issues during my three-night stay. Thank you.🙏

Qinivake International Hotel ligt op loopafstand van de noordelijke ingang van de westelijke oude stad, aan de overkant van de straat. Het is een groot hotelcomplex dat grote groepen toeristen kan ontvangen. De inrichting is gedateerd; de doucheafvoer is een beetje verstopt. Verder is de kamer schoon. Eén laken had een groot gat. Door de dunne muren en de kamerdeur die uitkijkt op de binnenplaats, kun je de luide gesprekken van je buren horen. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid; het wordt geserveerd van 7:30 tot 10:30 uur. Veel bezienswaardigheden van Kashi liggen op loopafstand. Er zijn veel reisbureaus die dagtrips en meerdaagse reizen aanbieden. I would like to sincerely compliment Nana, one of the hotel staff, for her exceptional service. She kindly helped me connect to the Wi-Fi when I had trouble, and went above and beyond by helping my wife find a shoe repair shop. Not only that, she even assisted by speaking with the shop on my wife behalf, which I truly appreciated. Nana is not only beautiful, but she also has an excellent service mind — warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. Her support made my stay much more comfortable and memorable. Thank you, Nana, for such a wonderful experience. 🌟

What a pleasant surprise! The hotel's overall scenery is absolutely stunning, and the post-rain atmosphere on the grasslands is simply incredible. The Hobbit-style cabins in the hotel's backyard are super whimsical and incredibly photogenic – you can take amazing pictures effortlessly. If you want to check them out, just ask the front desk staff, and they'll kindly tell you where to find them. The toiletries are Appelles, which are really high quality and feel fantastic to use! This is something I really care about, so it was a delightful surprise. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended! (•̀ó•)ง💯 A truly unexpected gem!

What stood out was their service. 北辰in the front desk helped us book day tours using his mobile phone number (as foreigners we could not get a local mobile number). We were automatically given an extended checkout on the date of our departure and free transport to the airport.

這是這次最貴的一間。物有所值。 1.位置獨佔優勢。在唐布拉孟克特服務區內。左手是餐廳，右手是加油站。加油站簡直大加分。出了酒店右手就是孟克特古道入口，往蜜蜂小鎮方向開車10分鐘馬路兩邊就是兩排吃飯的地方，個人覺得比蜜蜂小鎮好吃，還近。 2.服務熱情。車剛停在酒店門口，管家小姑娘就迎出來了。行李箱全程幫忙，免費升級房間，很快就辦了入住。有問必答，不管是有關景區的問題，還是住宿的問題，開發票問題。並且告知出門停車場不收費，出去玩之前告訴我提前告訴她何時幫忙開地暖。晚上睡下了還會問需不需要換厚被子，早上還幫忙把早飯打包送到房間。服務的十分周到。 3.軟硬件靠譜。房間寬敞，乾濕分離，燈光設計合理，床墊軟硬度適中，枕頭有乳膠枕，表揚。早飯部分，相當貼心，早上我着急趕路，帶到車上，走到服務區和孩子一起吃，打開一看真的被感動到了。一份小米粥，一份豆漿，兩個韭菜盒子，三個肉包子，一份小菜，一份紅薯玉米，連白糖都裝了一紙杯。
