Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Prachtig uitzicht op Chanchun Railway Station vanuit mijn raam. Een deel van mijn treinreis was stilgelegd vanwege zware stormen. Erg handig op loopafstand van het station. Lokale eetstalletjes en restaurants op 5 minuten lopen van het hotel. Geef aan of u een rookvrije kamer wilt, want sommige kamers kunnen een oude sigarettengeur hebben.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

This was my second stay at Hyatt Regency Changchun, which I rebooked in a heartbeat. The room, staff, cleanliness, location were all excellent. Both times I stayed, my room was quiet and had a very nice view of the city. The butler Hero was helpful and proactive without being intrusive. He offered handy info about the hotel and tips on food and places to go within specified distances from the hotel. The fitness center was great too. The hotel is next to a metro station, opposite an upscale mall, walkable to Guilin Rd with tons of food and generally near enough to places while still tranquil.

Ik had een vreselijke ervaring bij Atour X Changchun Station: het duurde een uur om het hotel te vinden en de kamer was om 17:00 uur nog niet klaar, omdat ze hun leden tussen 15:00 en 18:00 uur lieten uitchecken. We gingen uit eten en kwamen 40 minuten later terug om in te checken, maar kregen te horen dat ze GEEN buitenlanders konden accepteren. Ze annuleerden onze kamerboeking en zeiden dat ik een ander hotel moest zoeken. Ik heb meteen met het personeel van Trip.com gechat voor hulp. Binnen 5 minuten veranderde ze mijn boeking naar Yatai hotel :) we waren blij dat we in Yatai verbleven 👍

The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I interacted with was attentive, friendly, and eager to help. The room was immaculate—beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere allowed for perfect rest. Housekeeping maintained a very high standard throughout. The hotel’s facilities were also outstanding. The dining options offered delicious and fresh meals, and the breakfast selection was especially impressive. The gym and pool areas were well maintained, creating a great environment to unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the attention to detail. Whether it was the swift response to requests, the warm greetings from staff, or the overall cleanliness and organization, everything reflected true hospitality.

The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. The bed was super king-sized, easily accommodating our family of three with plenty of room for our child to roll around without feeling squished. All the facilities in the hotel were brand new and spotlessly clean. There's an indoor pool, which our child absolutely loved playing in. All the disposable toiletries were individually sealed in bags, ensuring excellent hygiene, which gave us extra peace of mind when traveling with a child. Staff service was warm and attentive; they were always helpful in addressing our requests. We used the complimentary shuttle service to the station, and it was perfectly timed, seamlessly connecting with our onward travel without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, highly recommended for families traveling with children!

Location is close to the forest nature park incl. waterfalls 20 min. (need additional ticket) and is directly at the hot springs bathing area 100m. The entrance ticket was included for the hotel guests. The ticket for waterfalls and vulcano lake could be purchased at the hotel. In general very nice in winter time.

The stay was great , there was butler help us arrange for station pickup and drop off . There was souvenir given to kids. However the front office staff wasn’t that helpful , we couldn’t use T3 to book taxi, the staff did not help us book a taxi, only ask us to flag taxi on the road ourselves . The smart system didn’t respond too well, wanted to open the curtain by voice command but couldn’t work, and the washing basin couldn’t drain water very well , need to use hand to open the drainage to release water.
