Pessoal do balcão e do restaurante super simpáticos e disponíveis! Time muito bom por lá!
Localização ok bem na entrada da cidade
Negativos:
Tamanho do quarto - chega a ser sacanagem de tão peqeino. Dessa vez escolhi um que tinha direito ao conjugado do lado para colocar as malas.
Chuveiro não cabe uma pessoa ali dentro.
Café eh bem simples e não a lchei gostoso. Não tem requeijão.

Tive uma boa estadia, o rapaz que me atendeu na recepção, o manobrista e a equipe da limpeza são muito educados. A única reclamação que eu poderia ter, seria referente ao check-in, demora muito para receber atendimento. Muita papelada.. acho que é melhor o Hotel informatizar esse tipo de coisa, pois costumamos chegar cansados da viagem e a longa espera gera frustração.

It is well located close to POA airport and is right by a main road. The room was clean but not to an excellent level—acceptable. There is no swimming pool, as the hotel has converted it into a parking lot. Breakfast was nice—not fancy, but good. I didn't find other facilities like the gym. I would return if location and cost were the primary factors to be considered.

GGuest UserWith daily already paga(R$369,54) ,*time of check-i* I had to pay more R$130,00 (R$30,00 fee for having a baby that already cost *a ******* and R$80,00 for a bi-bed). The daily was 2 adults and 1 baby of 10 years old. The bed was Quee, the room was a couple. Since Monday, day 18, I'm waiting for a connection from the hotel manager and the hotel manager.

Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

AAgneA good service and location, however, failed to choose the room, because we made a trip to the public competition, we needed to sleep well. The room offered was just below the party room, when a hell noise started from 21:00 to 03:00.
At the beginning, I thought I would stop, then microphone and boate, and I think it was a good sense, these apartments in the last floor should not be made available on a party night.
