We stayed for 5 nights in Dec 2023 and we enjoyed it so much! The room is clean and spacious enough to have 2 large suitcases opened. Loved the design of the bathroom, very practical and well ventilated. The inside of the building is warm at all times. Also lots of facilities to use in the hotel, we tried the sauna, spa, message and played bowling. Definitely going to stay here again when we go skiing in Arinsal

Estuvimos en un apartamento, el apartamento correcto, camas comodas, todo limpio, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. 👍🏻
El spa, un poco dejado, con moho en las paredes en las partes de la sauna. Muchos niños pequeños, de 21 a 22 es only adults, se podria ampliar este horario.
En cuanto al desayuno a nivel de comida esta bien, el punto mas importante a mejorar es la limpieza de los platos, estan todos sucios, antes de poner los platos al friega platos hay que enjuagarlos y/o pasar la manguera con agua caliente, en algunos platos quedaba comida y manchas de jabón. Esto es inaceptable

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated that the bed was already made and that a towel was included in the price, which was a nice touch. On the evening I arrived, it took me around 40 minutes by bus with traffic to reach the hotel from the centre of Andorra, which felt a bit long. The shower space was also quite narrow, and some water leaked over to my bed. Aside from these small details, everything else was impeccable and I had a very positive experience.

De locatie is wat slecht, want het ligt aan een kronkelige weg. Het hotel is in één gebouw en de spa en bar in een ander... om bij de spa te komen, moet je door de straat lopen in de regen...
Het eten en de service waren uitstekend.

Leuk apartement hotel. Op 1 km van van stadje waar er mogelijkheden genoeg zijn om te eten. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Verzorgd hotel verder.
Enig minpuntje is dat er geen airco op de kamer is en het daardoor toch wat warm was om te slapen.

Hotel bien ubicado , apartado de la ciudad , zona tranquila y al mismo tiempo cerca de todo .
Buffet Desayuno básico , recomendaría tener la cocina abierta para poder pedir … y habitación suite muy bien pero las vistas tapadas con dos pinos enormes que no me dejaban ver nada . Al mismo tiempo el acceso al hotel teníamos que entrar por el garaje ya que no hay alguna rampa o puente de acceso que comunica al hotel con la acera

AAnonymous UserEl Hotel está muy bien ubicado, a escasos minutos del centro de Andorra la Vella. Tiene parking gratuito al aire libre o por 12€ ( está bien de precio), tiene parking cubierto también, no es muy grande pero para aparcar no necesitas más. El desayuno es tipo buffet y lo van rellenando a cada rato, lo cual está genial pq he ido a otros que solo lo rellenaban una vez y los últimos en llegar a penas tenían que desayunar. Si vas en invierno, como nosotros, no te preocupes del frio en la habitación, hace incluso calor jajaja, está perfecto. Lo mejor sin duda el personal, tanto el de la mañana como el de la tarde/noche. El chico que nos hizo el checkin por la tarde era encantador.

AAndreaVery attentive and friendly receptionists. Nearby and free parking. Very complete buffet breakfast. The elevator is VERY small, SLOW and very old, I chose to use the stairs. The rooms are somewhat old but the bathroom (with bathtub) is large and renovated. It has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and gel. Very complete.

GGuest UserVery warm, heating is sufficient, very clean, breakfast is many types, parking is free, although old, but it is very comfortable to live, the mattress is not soft, sleep comfortably. The price is worth it, suitable for self-driving. There is a distance from the city.
