Een goede optie voor een verblijf in Mardin. Het is schoon, het personeel is ontzettend aardig en altijd bereid om te helpen (hoewel het Engels van sommige medewerkers de communicatie soms wat lastig maakte, maar we kwamen er altijd wel uit). De sportschool is goed en het zwembad is erg fijn. Op 10 minuten rijden van de oude stad. Echt een aanrader 😃

Het ligt op een prachtige plek in het hart van Oud Mardin. De kamer was prachtig en het uitzicht vanaf het terras was fantastisch. (Het lijkt erop dat de kamerfoto's voor alle kamerindelingen vrijwel hetzelfde zijn, dus het is het beste om vooraf contact op te nemen met het hotel voor een soepele overgang.) De douche was makkelijk te gebruiken en de föhn was krachtig. Het ontbijt was ook voldoende. Er waren duidelijk zoveel bijgerechten dat ik ze niet allemaal op kon, en ik liet elke ochtend veel staan, wat ik zonde vond. Ik wou dat gasten alleen mochten nemen wat ze nodig hadden. Hoewel dit in Turkije misschien lastig is, zou het fijn zijn als de ontbijtruimte rookvrij was. Iedereen, inclusief het personeel, rookte binnen, dus het enige nadeel was dat ik niet kon ontspannen in de gedeelde ruimtes. Maar verder waren er geen problemen. De locatie en de sfeer waren geweldig, en het was absoluut een comfortabel hotel.

If you want to truly feel Mardin, this is the hotel. You will climb stairs – but that is part of Mardin’s charm. You will stay in rooms filled with the authentic spirit of the city, yet everything inside is new, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast is a wonderful experience: delicious local specialties served on a large, beautiful copper tray with traditional copper plates. A true taste of the region. From the terraces, you will admire the breathtaking views over Mesopotamia. The atmosphere is unforgettable. The staff is attentive, caring, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended

Amazing place to stay very close to old mardin easy travel will defo be back

Hoteli ve imkanlarını beğendim telefonumu kaybettim eski Mardin’de ve resepsiyon telefonumu bulabilmemde teknik anlamda yardımcı oldu. Yalnız bir şikayetim olacak.Ben bu hoteli Trip.com üzerinden satın aldım.Ama resepsiyon bana ısrarla rezerve yapıldığını ödeme alınmadığını söyleyip durdu.Kredi kartı eksremi ve trip uygulamasından ÖDENDİ şeklinde ekran resmi aldığım çıktıyı göstermeme rağmen ödemediğimi iddia ettiler.Benimle alakalı olmayan sistemsel bir temassızlık durumu var belli ki .Resepsiyon görevlisi internette kayıtlı olan bir kredi kartından benim iznim olmadan çekim yapmaya çalıştı ödeme alamayınca benim kredi kartımın geçerli olmadığını söyledi.Ben bir kere uygulamadan ödemeyi yaptım ve kredi kartımı kaydetmeye izin vermedim.Ön ödeme şeklinde rezerve yapmadım ki tamamını ödedim niye kredi kartımı sisteme kayıt edip bağlayım.Hotele girişte bu sorunla karşılaştık çözmemişler çıkışta da aynı söylemle yeniden geldiler uçağa yetişeceğimizi söylemeye çalıştığımız halde ödeme yapmadığımız konusunda ısrar ettiler.Hotel konaklamamı tek gölgeleyen bu iletişimsizlik oldu.Siz siz olun başka bir aracı üzerinden bu hotelden ödeme yapıp hizmet satın alırsanız ödeme yaptığınıza dair ekstreler ve ekran kayıtlarını muhakkak muhafaza edin sonra kendinizi haklı çıkaramazsınız.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here.

I chose the suite at this hotel and had my own balcony and dining/lounge area with a view. It was very private because the use of the balcony was exclusive to ones staying at the upstairs suite. This building is almost 700 years old and located within the old city of Mardin, inhabited as early as 3000BCE. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and made everything comfortable, also spoke English well. One can order food and wine (that this area is know for) so it was nice to be able to dine in our private table and balcony. Breakfast was good, everything worked: wifi, tv, bathroom, airconditioning. Located within the old city, it was walking distance to the important places to explore. Be sure to let them know your arrival time in order to work out the logistics since parking needs to be planned and it would be easy to get lost in these winding streets. One needs to be in pretty good shape to walk around this city. I would recommend this hotel.
