"The legend and classic vibe of Royale Chulan. Very satisfied with the room, service and breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staffs are friendly and accommodate. Location is good, nearby mosque, mall, town and KTM. The downside maybe the old pillow and flat, which hotel need to change it. Parking provided for hotel guest. Overall this place is cozy and comfortable to stay. My sister always chose to stay at Royale Chulan for every Raya celebration in Seremban."

"This was my second time staying at this budget hotel, and overall it was still a pleasant experience. The room was clean, though noticeably smaller compared to my previous stay. Water pressure was a bit low, but manageable. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel remains a good choice thanks to its convenient location, making it easy to access nearby places. "Alles is oké, het ontbijt is heerlijk. Zwembad Ik kan van 19.00 tot 20.00 uur zwemmen op vrijdag en zondag, mijn zoon vindt zwemmen prima. Haha. Dit hotel heeft toegang tot het strand. De zonsondergang is geweldig. De fitnessruimte heeft maar één loopband. Hopelijk kunnen ze er in de toekomst nog twee toevoegen."

"This was my first time staying at Nilai Springs Resort, and I already expected it to be an old resort. However, the experience was a bit disappointing, especially upon arrival at night. The road leading to the hotel after the guard house was very dark, with no clear signage and no street lights, making it difficult to find the entrance. When I arrived at the lobby, it looked quite nice and well-presented, possibly refurbished, which gave a better first impression. Check-in was smooth, and although I initially booked a Superior room, I upgraded to a Deluxe room because I wanted a bathtub. Walking to the room, the hallway was very dimly lit, with only faint lighting, giving a rather gloomy feeling. Once inside the room, it was clear that the resort is very old. The furniture looked extremely outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn out, some pipes looked like they were about to break, and the bathtub was not clean. The drain for the bathtub was also broken and could not be turned properly. The room lighting was very dull, and the room was not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors and talking. That said, the room was very spacious, which was a plus, especially since my child could run around comfortably. Still, the overall atmosphere at night felt dark and deserted, making the hotel feel rather eerie, as if not many guests were staying there. In my opinion, the rooms really need a full refurbishment. The next morning during breakfast, I finally saw many guests around, mostly foreigners, including Chinese and Korean tourists. The breakfast was good and delicious, especially the pastries. All the pastries tasted excellent—honestly better than some five-star hotels. The swimming pool area was another highlight. The pools are huge and there are several of them. The kids really enjoyed playing there. However, part of the children’s pool looked dirty and clearly needs better maintenance. Only during the daytime did I fully appreciate the surroundings of the hotel. The view was beautiful, as the resort is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately, at night, the area feels very dark and gloomy. Adding more lighting around the hotel would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, this hotel has so much potential. With proper refurbishment and better maintenance, especially in the rooms and lighting, it could be a really great resort."

"Stayed 1 day. The day I went Saturday was fully occupied with guests. Many corporate events were held on Saturday and Sunday. The room is large, and the price is relatively cheap. The resort surroundings are full of high grown trees. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Food, no issue. They have a restaurant and we can order tru tru Grab Food as well. My room package comes with a complimentary breakfast. Verity of local and continental foods. For those travelling by KTM commuter, can take grab. It's about 5-6 KM from Seremban Station."

Alles goed en de prijs waard."

"Dit hotel ligt een beetje ver het bos in. Het hotel zelf is prima, de kinderen willen hier graag verblijven omdat het zwembad eigenlijk een klein waterpretpark is. Je kunt niet in de zee zwemmen, want er zijn veel rotsen. Als je wilt zwemmen, moet je een stukje lopen. Maar zelfs dan is de zee nog niet geschikt om in te zwemmen. Als je wilt zwemmen, kun je beter in het Teluk Kemang Hotel verblijven."

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was nice and comfortable, and staying in the water chalet was a lovely experience. Although the chalet is quite a distance from the main lobby, it was very convenient as we could drive and park right in front of the chalet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. One area that could be improved is the breakfast — the variety was acceptable, but the taste could be better."

"We had an overall pleasant stay at Avilion Port Dickson, especially enjoying its unique architecture and relaxing seaside atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the resort still carries a charming, resort-style vibe that makes it suitable for a short getaway. We stayed at Lisboa (Room 3xx with sea view), which offered a nice view, though during our stay in January 2026 the resort was quite crowded. This affected the overall tranquility, especially in common areas. Additionally, some parts of the building feel a little dated, and more regular maintenance would definitely help enhance the guest experience. For future visitors, I would recommend Tumasek (Room 9xx) instead, as it offers a clearer view of the water and better access to a nicer, cleaner beach area, which seems more enjoyable and scenic. Overall, Avilion Port Dickson is still a lovely resort with great potential, but improved maintenance and better crowd management during peak periods would make the stay even more enjoyable."

"It's ends well other than a of TV and water heater, and the toilet flush which was not working upon my check in but was resolved after giving the feedback to the reception. I would like to give a shout out to Amira and the girls (so sorry as I had lost their names after it was written on a piece of paper). The first staff was the one who checked me out and the second staff was the ”smaller lady whom I think wearing spec. All three were very professional in handling guests. Not forgetting to mention Kamal the housekeeping staff."
