El hotel es ideal, tenía todo lo que necesitabamos, espacios comunes, piscina, gimnasio y un restaurante con comida excelente y un servicio de 10. La camarera Mahima nos atendió super bien, ayudandonos a decidir con la comida, y estaba todo delicioso. Sin duda, si volvemos a Jabalpur repetiremos en este hotel.

Class, all you need and the rooftop pool was perfect. Best thing about it though were the chicken tikka sandwiches you could order to your room or the pool, they were the best thing I’ve ever eaten. See attached.

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb.
However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section.
However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super.

This hotel is in a very good location. It is surrounded by markets and shops. The cinema hall is nearby. The rooms are big and clean. Food is also good. The staff is polite, cooperative. Good room service with necessary amenities.

Room are spacious, swimming pool at the rooftop is small but very beautiful, staffs are very friendly, local transport is not a problem at all. Chef Aman, Chef Prabhjot, Shuli, Chetan and Manish are nice and always at the service.
Ms. Shuli always reponds with BRIGHT SMILE and Mr. Chetan is SO COMMITTED to his duty silently. The front desk of the hotel is always proactive

Great place! The outdoor terrace looks amazing with all the little lights and hanging plants, and it's warm even on a windy and grey day. They are pet friendly, that is a plus for me. They brought us water and a little treat for our puppy.
The food was great, beautiful and delicious. You should try the Tuna in the appetizers

GGuest UserA converted palace in the middle of a bustling city a haven of tranquility. A delightful but difficult building to negotiate one’s way around. Splendid bedroom beautifully appointed a joy to be in. The staff from the wonderful general manager down were helpful, courteous and extremely patient. To pick out a single member of staff is difficult but my vote goes to Ravi in the dining room. The chef was incredibly helpful when sorting out my dietary problems and produced meals of the highest quality.
Recommended you stay I leave you to make your own mind.

GGuest UserWhile going on a work related trip with my extended family including a kid and a toddler, i had to take an unplanned break for a night stay. Booked the room in hotel om. Overall the stay was seamless with impressive services. The room dimensions were optimum and hygiene upto standards. Food was served in the room because of the inclement (hot) weather in the dining area and it was savored by each one of us. The hotel had proper parking place, slightly away from the city centre but not that much and also had decent support staff. Overall a nice stay and effortlessly recommended for family trips.

But the city is much larger than our county, similar to our prefecture-level city. The hotel is clean and tidy. The restaurant has a wide variety of food, first-class service and complete facilities. The backyard also has open dining, small bands and swimming pools. Every day is overcrowded, almost the same as the local high-yield home. In particular, there are four restaurants and an Indian-style Chinese restaurant. The decoration and music are very Chinese! ! The rooms are very well designed and furnished, and the supplies are very attentive. The Ibis in Delhi Air City is a mid-range hotel. The restaurant is completely inconsistent with Chinese taste, and the biggest leek is boiled eggs! ! ! ! In addition, this house can be sent to the airport for free after check-out! There are two disadvantages: one is that the fan is slightly louder, and the other is that the partition wall of the toilet is glass. Despite the roller blinds, the privacy is very poor.

In contrast to poor facilities, the BEVAVIOUR AND POLITENESS OFBSTAFF AND RECEPTIONIST WAS EXCELLENT.

I Did not take photographs of the dirty chair cushions as it would have been highly damaging to Hotel. Please ask them to replace the cushions or at least clean it if possible.

Cleanliness with great gardens. Food and service in restaurant is too good. Great and unforgettable experience ever.
