Hotel was nice and the manager is also very helpful. Its very near to the Nucleus mall and the shopping street upper bazaar is also walking distance. I would tecommmend this hotel if you want to stay in the city centre. Also, all rooms have lake view.

The hotel is new. as such, its interior looks nice and pleasing.

Location, amenities, food quality, housekeeping, room service, supportive staff, and front desk.
cons
Distance from Temple is about 2 km. you need a vehicle to go to parking and walk about 600 m to reach the temple.
Corridors are not at the same level; as such, one needs to be careful while walking to avoid falling.
Restaurant staff found struggling to manage adequate provisioning of items to guests during Buffet breakfast.

Отель довольно старый. Мебель уже изрядно устарела. Душ и ванная не вызывают вообще чувство чистоты.
Завтраки хорошие. Ресторан азиатской кухни Папайя очень хороший. К обслуживанию на ресепшен и лобби вопросов нет, все на уровне. Вроде начали обновлять номерной фонд, надеюсь, что станет все гораздо лучше.

Jiva is looks to be luxurious hotel with bigger room / nice ambience, super clean rooms with all complimentary snacks, had many varieties in breakfast, overall it is awesome experience.

GGuest UserProperty's location is wonderful, all the important things are nearby. Lots of places for good and delicious food. Amenities they are providing is truly value for worth. Daily room cleaning, changing of towels etc. Power back up no power cut off. I think cheap and best place for stay. Staff is very humble and always ready for the instructions. If i ask them any thing extra they have a quick response. Meal is super delicious.

GGuest UserRanchi doesn’t have too ***y top tier hotels. This hotel is actually underrated and for the price per night offers a really comfortable stay. I stayed for 1 night and found the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s located about 20 minutes from the airport. For anyone looking for a decent stay on a budget, this is a great option in Ranchi!

Mosquitos issue, bathroom window is open
Aircon noise sometimes was loud at night
Everyday experience short blackout two times or more. I found out that this is common at Ranchi.

GGuest UserAll were good, but they at the time of check out they made bill in excess. 3 bottle mineral water per day are complimentory. I stayed 2 days and i took 8 bottles out of which 6 are complimentory. But they charged for 4. I onject but they did not correct the bill. This is pure case of cheating. Even when there govt of india directed that not to take more than mrp, they did not bothered. This is my complaint against the hotel.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at hotel imperial heights. My room was spacious clean and welcoming. The staff were courteous, polite and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel. It is value for money. The food in the restaurant is also good.
