Very good hotel at Algortima. We had a good holiday trip here. Staff is friendly as well. We would highly recommend this place to all friend.

De dori-vis is hard en koud, de pempek is hard, de kip met zoete pindasaus is net gado... de smaak is vreemd, je verliest er je eetlust van... sorry, er staat veel eten op tafel dat niet wordt opgegeten en dus wordt verspild... de bediening bij het ontbijt is niet vriendelijk, ze kijken nors en geïrriteerd... heel anders dan in eerdere recensies... er zijn maar een paar bewakers aan het werk... ze reageren traag als ze iets op de trolley willen hebben staan ​​of als er iets niet wordt opgegeten.

excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

Aryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

Sommige plekken waren nog stoffig toen ik incheckte, delen van het matras waren licht gescheurd en de badkamertegels waren beschadigd.

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from
