Hotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see.
The room is very basic and standard, the TV only have local channels.
The breakfast though many choices and they are tasty.
Rooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.
My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.
One of the best hotels we stayed in. Large comfy room with huge window providing great mountain or sea view.
I haven't seen a breakfast buffet with so many options yet, could not try everything but everything we tried tasted great.

De faciliteiten waren erg goed, maar omdat het nieuw was, was het erg moeilijk om de locatie te vinden (ze zeiden in Google Maps dat het verkeerd was en er waren geen borden om nieuwkomers te helpen het te vinden) en de service was teleurstellend. Op de website stond dat we om 14.00 uur konden inchecken, maar toen we op tijd kwamen, zeiden ze dat de check-in om 15.00 uur was, dus we wachtten maar pas om 16.00 uur en vroegen waarom het zo lang duurde voordat we onze kamers kregen (wat ook niet was wat we hadden gevraagd, dus we wachtten langer om te wachten op onze andere kamer - we bestelden 2 kamers). Ze gaven een gecompenseerd fruit om zich te verontschuldigen, bedankt daarvoor, maar we hopen dat het voor de volgende klanten beter kan worden.

Karena kendaraan pribadi pengunjung hotel perlu juga terjamin lokasi parkir nya, tidak kepanasan atau kehujanan.
Happy with the location as it close to a supermarket, a cafe and not too far from our place of work. Did not like the quality of the water from the taps but was super happy that fresh water was provided at the lift landing for guests. The high tech control panel and the bathroom mirror was a level above other hotels.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

GGuest UserThe room still smells new. Hot water is taken from the dispenser outside. The mall is close. It's a shame that every time you exit the parking lot you have to state your name and room. The person said that the Amaris hotel is still manual, but the neighbor's is automatic.

GGuest UserOverall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient.
A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands.
Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put ”quiet” sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise.
If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.
