Пока что лучший отель в Батуми, где я останавливалась. Какие там чудесные женщины работают - и менеджер, и шеф, и руководитель хаускипинга, окружили меня заботой! Шеф спрашивала, каких мне блюд на завтраке не хватает! Хороший выбор блюд на завтраке, овощи, творог, мацони, сметана, каждый день новая еда. Прожила в отеле неделю, еда не повторялась. Фрукты хорошего качества. Отель новенький, чистый, свежий ремонт. Тренажеры новые, хорошие. Две дорожки, эллипс, два велотренажёра + оборудование для силовых. В тренажёрном зале большие окна, приятно заниматься с видом на улицу, а не в стену, как это бывает в некоторых отелях. В номере Кондиционер тихо работает, обычно я не могу спать с включенным кондиционером - мешает звук, а тут даже не замечала его. Хороший матрас, прекрасное белье. Размер номера небольшой, но для одной было отлично. Есть балкон. Номер далеко от лифта, как просила, окна выходят в тихий переулок, никакого шума от дороги. Отличный приветливый персонал! Очень доброжелательные, что тоже не так часто в сетевых отелях в Батуми. Старались во всём помочь, не игнорировали просьбы, в общем, очень милыми показались. Отличная локация, рядом парк, море (идти 4 минуты), хорошие недорогие рестораны, достопримечательности. Это центр, всё рядом но не шумно - замечательное расположение. Ещё что понравилось: зона в лобби оборудована розетками и usb портами, можно прийти и работать, если у вас удаленная работа, как у меня. На фото: вид с балкона в одну и другую сторону и лобби.

The room was spacious, clean, and located in a very strategic area. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. However, there was no dishwashing soap, tissue, or functioning clothes hanger provided. One of the rooms had no electricity or water. The owner did not resolve the water issue until the next day, and the electricity was only restored about two hours after check-in.

Отель хороший, расположение прекрасное, а какие виды из окна! Единственный минус, что очень много народу и в лифт буквально человеческая пробка, особенно в час пик (чек аут).

Гостиница находится в старом городе.Расположение отличное!! Номера относительно большие и чистые,завтрак нормальный,но однообразный за 3 дня ничего не менялось да и кофе ”капучино” за отдельную плату... СПА и бассейн ужасные(брала гостиницу только из-за СПА)ОЧЕНЬ РАЗОЧАРОВАНА!! Бассейн маленький и вода холодная душно и неприятно!!! Заселились полотенец не было,а когда попросили сказали только через час🤔 Нас было три человека а все приносили на двоих!!!(полотенца,воду,шампунь,тапочки и т.д) Вообщем впечатление осталось не из приятных за такие деньги можно было снять что-то по приличней..не порекомендую своим знакомым никогда!!!

Nice clean hotel.Good room, little bit small, but we still liked it. No real complaints

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

Ik vond het hotel erg leuk! Pluspunten: -goede locatie (aan het strand, aan de rand - er zijn geen hotels in de buurt, daarom zijn er weinig mensen), het uitzicht vanuit de ramen is prachtig - zeer beleefd, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, allemaal - beveiliging, dienstmeisjes, receptiebeheerders, obers. Goed gedaan! Het personeel is het hart van elk hotel. -het uitzicht vanuit de kamers is prachtig, het gebied is goed verzorgd, de constructie interfereert niet. - Hoogwaardige materialen, competente constructie Er is maar één minpuntje voor mij: een gat van 10-15 cm op het balkon, het kind mag niet vallen, omdat er een kabel is, maar hij zal zijn been breken als hij daar hangt. Er zijn geen nadelen meer, maar er zijn voor mij wel punten waar ik de aandacht van het management op wil vestigen (misschien merkt iemand dit niet, ik heb het net opgemerkt vanwege mijn professionele activiteit): - ze bieden geen voetdoekjes nadat ze ze de eerste keer hebben verwijderd, ze hebben ze nooit meer bij ons teruggebracht, hoewel ze wel nodig zijn voor de douche en ze moeten worden vervangen. - als het hotel zichzelf positioneert als 5 sterren, dan moeten alle cosmetica en pantoffels aanwezig zijn, en niet alleen zeep en shampoo (maar ik neem aan dat 5* officieel zal zijn na de voltooiing van de andere gebouwen) - het bordje 'Niet storen' werd tijdens de lunch gedurende twee uur opgehangen, daarna hingen ze een bord op om te verwijderen - niemand maakte het schoon totdat we 2 dagen later contact opnamen met de receptie, ik begrijp dat de meiden het niet altijd zien, maar ze kan na de lunch weer langskomen als mensen naar het strand gaan - in een hotel aan zee zou dit logisch zijn. - ons beddengoed werd pas de dag voor vertrek verschoond😁 -Er zijn veel honden in Kobuleti, en daarom houd ik heel veel van ze op het strand, maar niet op het strand. Als je met een kind zit, en ze staan ​​naast je en kibbelen met elkaar. Ik zou graag een privéstrand in zo'n hotel willen, dat bewaakt wordt. Nogmaals, ik herhaal, dit zijn geen enkele kritische nadelen. We hebben goed geslapen, we vonden het hotel leuk, we vonden het personeel leuk, als je het in het algemeen bekijkt, is alles geweldig!

The place is great as well as the environment. Please note that in winter you will need special transportation to get to the hotel. There was too much chlorine in the pool.

Расположение хостела идеальное-до моря 5-7 минут ходьбы. Я жила в женском номере, на 4 кровати с выходом на балкон (можно курить). Понравилось что каждая кровать закрывается шторой. Не понравилось правда что всю ночь горит подсветка, идущая по полу, которая даже сквозь штору мешает заснуть. Есть локеры. Персонал не говорит по-русски. Два санузла и две душевых. Очень уютное лобби с красивыми креслами. Я бы вернулась сюда еще.
