Beautiful property, the lounge areas are tastefully done. Has dinner on the property, amazing food with great value for the set dinner. The room is big and clean. Great water pressure. However there is no AC, not sure how it is during the summer. We arrived at a perfect weather, the room provides a little table fan for ventilation. Would definitely return again.

Narrow bedroom so really use it for sleeping and not necessarily spending time in there! But good location and comfortable bed! Shared bathroom but was kept clean 

We had a lovely and peaceful weekend at this hotel. One of the best places not far from busy Edinburgh to enjoy a day together with the family. The service is outstanding, and the staff is polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the SPA area with the warm swimming pool and sauna. We will definitely come back to get some relaxation in this place.

Decided to have a night out to a hotel to escape the house, and bought this trip last minute over Xmas. Loved the hotel, we had a great view of the bridges from our room. We didn't try the food but the bar is pretty cheap considering it's a Doubletree location. Only around £5 a pint.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Spacious room. Gym was large. Outside exercise area for pickle ball & basketball.

A last minute booking and fairly good location outside Edinburgh by train amd short walk. Breakfast included in Price sometimes. Spacious room and shared bathroom, usual for guesthouse. Some confusion over room allocation and phone number wasn’t correct on trip site !!

Chambres spacieuses eh moderned, lits confortables. Ménage régulier , petit déjeuner salé à commander dans le restaurant, prix très corrects en restauration, personnel aimable. Pas de sèche cheveux et prévoir bonnet de bain car le pommeau de douche est haut et fixe. Hôtel très calme et bien isolé. Rapport qualité prix excellent

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. We waren aangenaam verrast door hoe vriendelijk en beleefd het personeel was. De hotelkamer was schoon en goed gevuld met handdoeken, Schotse koekjes en alle koffie en thee die we maar konden drinken. Er zijn hier twee bars, een restaurant en een werkelijk prachtige tuin. Er was voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het personeel hielp me met een tang, zodat ik de rits van mijn tas kon repareren. Het hotel ligt op 5 minuten lopen van de hoofdweg naar Edinburgh, dus je kunt een rechtstreekse bus naar Edinburgh nemen die rijdt van 's ochtends vroeg tot heel laat, om 23:30 uur. Verblijf hier om wat ponden te besparen in vergelijking met het centrum van Edinburgh en wees aangenaam verrast door de rustige sfeer, ideaal om te ontspannen na een reis.
