Het lag in het noorden van Nicosia (Turkse kant), wat een beetje verwarrend was, vooral omdat de kaarten daar niet goed werkten. Het was wat ver van wat we verwacht hadden, maar de faciliteiten waren nog steeds erg goed. De persoon die ons hielp was ook erg aardig en behulpzaam. Nicosia.

Really nice and stylish hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet including low fat yoghurt. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a big street and it is a little difficult to catch a Tuktuk. Also a little minus is the small pool area in comparison to the size of hotel, same with gym area.

Номер очень понравился! Но найти его по названию с улицы было нереально!! Это находится в здании American college на 4 этаже....нам пришлось спрашивать у многих людей, прежде чем мы нашли наш номер ((( это было самое трудное..но теперь подсказка здесь))... Обязательно имейте доступ в интернет..так как все руководство как добраться внутрь номера вам придет на эмейл( не забудьте смотреть свою почту)! Там пришлют все коды, которые нужно вводить, чтобы открыть двери, где найти ключ, как включить гор. Воду и вай- фай и тд... Когда вы попадете в свой номер он вам точно понравится!)... Но пройти квест придется!)...расположение отличное и все остальное отлично!

Goedkoop, in de bergen, berg, ouderen receptie, zal het Engels spreken. Deze prijs is geschikt voor de omgeving, om de hoge mensen te vragen om een vakantiedorp (prijs 150 euro per nacht), dit hotel is warm in het huis.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I really like this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and is situated near a bus stop that conveniently connects to and from Solomou Square Station, which is the main central station of Nicosia. Thanks to its location, the hotel can be a peaceful retreat while still being close to the city center and popular attractions. The rooms at Altius Boutique Hotel are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel offers modern amenities, including a restaurant, reception, and free Wi-Fi, a TV, phone, balcony, kettle, and a selection of tea and coffee. The shower had excellent water flow and a consistent supply of hot water. The service is exceptional. The staff members were amazing, the manager was welcoming, and the service I received was so helpful and caring that I feel it is noteworthy to emphasize it. Overall, my latest stay at Altius Boutique Hotel was very good. I think that the combination of a good location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service makes it a great choice. I would happily recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Nicosia.

SShaneJAThe location is perfect...literally a few steps from the bus station, and close to all the main sites of the city and Ledra Street crossing etc. The staff were very good; professional and friendly. The room was cleaned properly. It is an older building so don't expect anything fancy. While the room is small, it is comfortable, and the heater works very well. The toilet/shower area is very small, but manageable. There is a small fridge too. And they serviced the room. The only negatives for me are the fact that smoking is allowed in the hotel, so the room smelled of stale smoke, the WiFi was too slow at times to stream video, and it's quite expensive for the type of room (although I'm guessing Nicosia is expensive in general for rooms). I still recommend the hotel, and had a good stay there.

LLiubuThe hotel is located in Nicosia, so I wouldn't recommend it for those without a car, as it's inconvenient to get around. I also suggest booking directly through Agoda; I booked through Ctrip, and they also booked through Agoda, so the price was better. Getting around Northern Cyprus without a car is extremely difficult, and taxis are too expensive.

This is my second time staying at Alya Rooms and I really like it here. The location is great, the price is reasonable, and everything is very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

GGuest UserLocation is perfect and central for access all the key places in Nicosia. The market, the border between north and south, coach access to go anywhere are all within walking distance.
