Hotels met Wifi in Xinjiang, China

I would like to sincerely compliment Nana, one of the hotel staff, for her exceptional service. She kindly helped me connect to the Wi-Fi when I had trouble, and went above and beyond by helping my wife find a shoe repair shop. Not only that, she even assisted by speaking with the shop on my wife behalf, which I truly appreciated. Nana is not only beautiful, but she also has an excellent service mind — warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. Her support made my stay much more comfortable and memorable. Thank you, Nana, for such a wonderful experience. 🌟

Dit is mijn t****e keer dat ik hier verblijf. Het is handig om door het trainingsgebied te reizen. De hotelomgeving is schoon en netjes en de faciliteiten zijn compleet en nieuw. Het beddengoed is comfortabel en u kunt slapen tot het ochtendgloren. Het bedienend personeel is warm en attent en reageert op alle verzoeken. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en heerlijk, en de prijs/prestatieverhouding is zeer hoog. Ik zal de volgende keer weer komen. Ophaal- en terugbrengservice op de luchthaven: De chauffeur heeft een zeer goede instelling bij het afleveren aan de deur.

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.

Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jiangyun, our room was comfortable, clean, big and nicely decorated. The hotel is in a beautiful traditional building, and within walking distance or a very cheap DIDI ride to all attractions. The best part about our stay was the kindness and friendliness of Yan and Rukia, they went out of their way to provide information for us and help organise onward travel to Kyrgyzstan. Yan speaks good English and with his adept use of a translator app we were able to communicate on all topics. When we couldn’t find a cooking course in Kashgar Yan organised a neighbourhood chef to come and teach us how to make steamed buns, in the guesthouse kitchen, it was great fun! This hotel was an excellent choice on my first visit to Kashgar. It's located outside the Kashgar City Walls, but close to the East Gate (the water gate is even closer, and the closest is through the Kashgar City Hall😊), and the Kurun Tower is right next door. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which was a huge plus. The room was so comfortable that I had no issues during my three-night stay. Thank you.🙏

Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended.

This was my first time in Tashkurgan, and after browsing various platforms and recommendations, I finally settled on the Vanishing Starry Sky Camp. My stay was incredibly satisfying. The place was clean, the service was excellent, the location was superb, and the views were absolutely stunning! The room was tidy and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a great variety, making for a fantastic overall experience! Traveling with kids, I was particularly pleased. The lobby area had a small play zone, and there were various facilities for children right next to our room. The staff were very attentive to the little ones, making it perfect for a family trip!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

We been on the road for 10 days in Xinjiang, last day of our trip we treated ourselves with a fancy and comfy hotel. We had a wonderful time there, food was delicious. We loved the dancers with their traditional outfit. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Someone at front desk speak English (Belgian mother and son).
