Ons verblijf was uitstekend. De locatie is erg dicht bij Guangmingding (Bright Peak) en de faciliteiten zijn goed. Vooral de verwarming was fantastisch; hoewel het in maart nog ijzig koud was op de berg, was het heerlijk warm en gezellig in het hotel. Omdat het rond Internationale Vrouwendag erg druk was, konden we geen aaneengesloten familiekamer boeken. Toen we van kamer wisselden, vergaten we wat kleding. Pas bij het uitchecken herinnerden we ons dit en de medewerkers van de receptie waren ontzettend snel met het oplossen hiervan. Tijdens het wachten raakte mijn kind, dat net een gedicht over de vreemde rotsformaties van de Huangshan reciteerde, in gesprek met een ********* gast en kreeg chocolade aangeboden. Om geen spelbreker te zijn, accepteerden we dit vrolijk. Later realiseerde ik me echter dat wij naar beneden gingen, terwijl hij misschien nog een paar dagen bleef en de energie goed kon gebruiken. Ik voelde me er wat ongemakkelijk over, maar op weg naar beneden kwamen we bergdragers tegen en deelde de chocolade met hen, wat me erg blij maakte. Zo gaven we de vriendelijkheid door! We hebben ook de wolkenzee en de zonsopgang gezien. Het was een zeer plezierige reis.

It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important. By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff. The hotel is very close to Yuping Cableway, with a shortcut staircase just a few minutes' walk away, allowing you to avoid the shuttle buses. It's also very near the Ciguang Pavilion hiking entrance, again with a shortcut staircase for direct hiking. This makes it perfect for guests who want to explore Huangshan in depth. The hotel boasts beautiful scenery and an artistic design. You can see the majestic Tiandu Peak and the spectacular Renzi Waterfall, and at night, you fall asleep to the sound of flowing water. The butler service was excellent – very responsive, accommodating every request, and able to arrange everything in advance. Thumbs up! The driver was very skilled, navigating the mountain roads smoothly without causing any motion sickness, and provided timely pick-ups and drop-offs at the high-speed rail station. Thumbs up! GGuest UserI went to Jiuhua Mountain in the fifth year. The homestay I had stayed in was fully booked, so I met Xiangli. Although there were some unpleasantness at the beginning (actually it was probably caused by the pick-up and drop-off service they outsourced), everything was very nice afterwards. First of all, the geographical location is very good, right next to Huacheng Temple. Secondly, I asked the housekeeper on WeChat and the reply was very prompt and the problem was always solved quickly. The afternoon tea provided was very rich and also took children into consideration. Because of the afternoon tea, we decided to have lunch at the B&B the next day, and we were not disappointed, the food was delicious. They also proactively provided an extra quilt and sheets, which could turn the tatami into a small bed, and the children were very happy. In the end, because of an unintentional mistake, the cost of the chicken soup was waived. Although they are all small details, what a B&B does is to present the details in a concrete way. This time the stay experience was very good. Will continue to stay here every time in the future. The magnolia in the yard is a big plus.

Environment: The environment is beautiful, located below the 'Monkey Gazing at the Sea' rock formation in Beihai, making it very convenient for watching the sea of clouds and sunrise in the morning. You can even enjoy the sunset from your room. Service: The butler service is exceptionally thoughtful. From early recommendations for our itinerary, arranging tickets, to private car transfers, everything was meticulously handled. After we checked in, the butler met us at 'Brush Blossoms Peak' (Mengbi Shenghua), introducing the area along the way and guiding us to the hotel. They also explained all the facilities and services. We even experienced Song-style tea ceremony. Even after checking out, the butler continued to provide follow-up services. The experience was absolutely superb. Dining: The individually plated meals were incredibly delicious, with each dish named after a line of poetry. The ingredients were fresh; it's truly amazing to enjoy such fine dining at the top of Huangshan. Six-seater business VIP car round-trip transfer from Huangshan Xinguoxian transfer point to the cable car lower station within the scenic area: They provided private car transfers. The driver's service was excellent, and we had access to a special lane for the cable car, so no queuing was necessary.

The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. I originally planned to stay at a hotel on Bright Summit, but I changed it at the last minute the day before my hike. I'm so glad I chose Baiyun Hotel! The five-star service was impeccable – they provided foot soak tubs, shoe dryers, flashlights, and even down jackets. In the evening, they thoughtfully delivered fruit, and the 'Wogan' mandarins were incredibly sweet. The breakfast was also very rich and varied. Just a small suggestion: two bottles of water in the room felt a bit scarce, and the 160 CNY dinner buffet wasn't as good as breakfast; it could definitely be improved. Manager Xiao Min was excellent, and the self-directed performances by everyone were fantastic.

My husband and I stayed in the Mountainscape Terrace Mountain View Suite, which genuinely felt like a 5‑star hotel room. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fully stocked mini fridge, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The smart controls operated by “Xiao Bao” were a fun and convenient touch. We were completely blown away and honestly wished we could have stayed in the room forever. Even before our arrival, the staff communicated with us via WeChat to ensure everything went smoothly. We were able to speak with an English‑speaking staff member who took care of every detail for us—booking the hot springs, arranging breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, and even offering to help us get to the train station on our last day. Their attentiveness went far beyond anything we’ve experienced at other hotels. We were even given a thoughtful bag of gifts upon departure. Because the hotel is quite isolated, we ate all our meals on-site. The cuisine is Chinese, which isn’t usually my preference, but everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented with great care. A standout was the afternoon tea we enjoyed on our second day. We could choose to dine in our room or at the restaurant, which was perfect depending on how we felt each day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot springs. There are four in total, and we used the two located higher on the hill, which offered an incredible view—even on a cloudy day. Soaking in the hot springs in the heart of winter, surrounded by Huangshan’s beautiful mountains, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is about an hour from both Huangshanxi and Huangshanbei stations and easily reachable by car or Didi. Due to the weather, we didn’t visit the mountain scenic area, but the staff were more than willing to help us plan if we wanted to explore the surroundings. This was truly a 10/10 stay. The staff make you feel like you’re the only guests there with their warmth and attentiveness. The design and architecture are stunning, and the hotel even smells amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would rank this among the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a perfect romantic getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. I can’t wait to return!
