Eu e minhas filhas ficamos hospedadas em quarto maravilhoso,foi uma experiência muito agradável. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Em especial ao funcionário Arthur que faz a tapioca, sorridente,simpático e atencioso .Todos os funcionários simpáticos. Limpeza impecável. Café da manhã maravilhoso com vista panorâmica do mar . Limpeza impecável. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes

Hotel posizionato molto bene fronte mare bisogna solo attraversare la strada del passeggio e siete in spiaggia. La piscina all’ultimo piano del hotel è un vero spettacolo fatta molto bene e ben organizzata con servizio drink in piscina. Ha una vista spettacolare e cosa ancor più bella è con i vetri riesci a vedere il panorama anche dalla piscina. Giudizio super positivo.

Lo mejor la piscina y el desayuno. Muy buena relacion calidad precio. A mejorar la cerradura no andaba nada bien. No hay equipamiento de cocina. Y los cerramiientos pueden mejorar

Péssima experiência no check-in com meus filhos pequenos, um de 5 anos e outro com apenas 4 meses.
Fiz uma reserva para para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos. Quando cheguei fui obrigado à pagar uma cama extra apenas pela presença de um bebê de 4 meses que não usa absolutamente nada do hotel. Detalhe que o custo foi de 170 reais por diária. Achei um absurdo e completa falta de sensibilidade e resiliência do hotel. Já havia me hospedado outras vezes com o de 5 anos exatamente no mesmo quarto e com as mesmas camas, e nada foi cobrado extra. Não achei justo.

Excelente o atendimento dos colaboradores parabéns a todos única coisa que não gostamos foi uma cobrança muito alta para carregamento do nosso veículo foi o primeiro hotel a fazer esta cobrança por sinal muito caro no mais tudo bem

Hotel com ótimas instalações e atendimento pelos funcionários, porém ficar atento na hora de reservar somente com pensão completa, pois tudo é muito caro se for pra consumir nos bares e restaurantes. O único ponto negativo foi o péssimo atendimento na Pizzaria Santorégano.

Tudo como o esperado. O único detalhe que pode melhorar é a iluminação da pia, pois a luz amarela é péssima para quem precisa fazer maquiagem e colocar lentes de contato (para pessoas que usam graus elevados a luz amarela prejudica a colocação das mesmas). Se colocar luz branca somente nesse local ajuda muito as pessoas que precisam dessas funções.

O hotel é lindo, aconchegante. A venda de lanche rápido ajuda muito o preço tambem é bom.o restaurante é lindo a comida é maravilhosa . Ótimo custo benefício. O quarto também bem ventilado , iluminado e arejado. Pedi para estar abastecendo o quarto e me atenderam prontamente.Só que Precisava colocar mais ganchos para pendurar as toalhas para secar . Adoramos o hotel .

GGuest UserThe hotel is pleasant, the receptionist is extremely sympathetic and attentive. Breakfast is not the best, fruit times and all breads have the same taste, which saves the Gerusalemme with its wonderful tapioca. The swimming pool is wonderful.

MMichael deeeThe hotel was very clean, but there were a few things that made it from good to average . 2 things stuck out,1st was the sensor to turn on and off the ac was hanging in a weird location, so at first it took me a few minutes to turn on and off the ac.it was annoying. The second was a very thin door between my room and the room next to mine, I could here the neighbors very clearly, which wasn't there fault, just a thin door. Every thing else was great, customer service, breakfast, location, and great value.

GGuest UserThe only detail that can improve is the lighting of the pia, because the yellow light is bad for those who need to make makeup and put contact lenses (for people who use high degrees of yellow light harms the placing of them). If you put white light only on that site, it helps people who need these functions very much.

GGuest UserLa struttura è posizionata veramente in punto molto bello con accesso diretto in spiaggia. Le camere fronte piscina hanno automaticamente la vista anche della spiaggia e del bellissimo mare di fronte all’hotel. Le piscine organizzate molto bene con bar e servizio in piscina. Il servizio di mezza pensione ma Alle 16:00 di regola offrono qualcosa da mangiare vicino alla piscina e la sera dalle 19:00 alle 22:00 offrono drink fatti al momento.

GGuest UserHotel with large divisions, but with a service that is far below a four-star.
One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel.
As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took!
Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels.
Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay.
At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available.
Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.

AAnderson LicheskiThe hotel is fantastic!! Great service, the rooms are cleaned very quickly and the food is phenomenal. I went with my family, everyone loved it, there is a small, super heated pool (great for cold days) and the other pools are very good. The recreation was also very good and the prices are not that expensive. There were even people who were not staying at the resort, but went to the restaurants because of the cost-benefit.

MMarcoHotel located very well front of sea you just need to cross the street of the walk and you are on the beach. The swimming pool at the last floor of the hotel is a real show made very well and well organized with drink service in the pool. It has a spectacular view and what is even more beautiful with the glasses you can see the view from the pool.
